Review content:
If you should decide to use this office, please, note that they do what they say, which is provide dentures in one day. HOWEVER, they don't tell you that it will, literally, take all day to get it done. It is not that you wait to be seen, at first, that is such a problem, except that they should take you first come and first served basis since they don't make appointments. Everyone is to show up at the same time and hope for good luck. BUT, when you have to return in the afternoon, again, it is luck of the draw it seems. We had no luck at all. ugh! Oh they got the job done, but without much consideration of anyone else's circumstances, including an eighty two year old man with health issues and a couple of elderly handicapped ladies who were escorted from an out of town nursing home. Give me a break! Where is the compassion? Get a little organizational skills going for you or hire someone who can. The same is the procedure when and if you should need to return for an adjustment.
