My family and I began going to Action Chiropractic about a year ago after we were in an auto accident. Immediately after entering the building we found their customer service was wonderful! Dr. Bearden and Dr. Schanuel are both very professional and have good manners. My family and I were in really, really bad shape when we first went there. We had whiplash, neck and back injuries. I'm very confident they've helped me get to the better state of being I'm in today! There is a wonderful atmosphere at Action Chiropractic. It's very positive. The one thing that definitely impressed me is they don't give you $@!#% or other types of medicine, and they don't recommend surgery. They go to the source of whatever the pain and discomfort is, and they recommend healthier options. more

I could not be more pleased with the service and overall care I have received from Action Chiropractic. I have been seeking chiropractic assistance for many years and have attended many different chiropractic clinics, but Action Chiropractic is by far the best practice in the area. I have been going to them for about a year and a half now, since December 2012, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. They have helped my back and legs so much and I cannot thank them enough, because beforehand I couldn't walk correctly. They gave up their time to me and in turn I got some very caring service along with excellent and immediate results. I felt as if the value for the price was outstanding and Action Chiropractic makes it affordable for people, whomever they be, to afford such a service. These doctors do an amazing job of locating the pain in your body, diagnosing your condition and treating it in a relaxing and calm manner. I was in a car accident and Action Chiropractic helped strengthen my back through exercises and through various therapies like the ball table, hot treatments, cold treatments, stretches, and adjustments. I've been going to Action Chiropractic for about 6-8 years. I've been to many chiropractors in the past because I've moved in different cities and so far Casey is the best. I hurt myself badly and couldn't walk. Now I'm walking very well with no pain. Casey has another chiropractor working with him and he's excellent as well. more

From the front office to the back, at Action Chiropractic they always provided the highest level of commitment and quality care. I was always greeted with a smile at the front desk. They greeted me like I was family! I've been going to Action for about six months. Both the doctor and Josh were so caring, considerate and concerned about my well being. I went to them for 23 treatments on my back, but I had gone to them previously for carpal tunnel treatment. At some point they told me Medicare had covered everything possible, and they offered me other options for paying. They really went beyond the call of duty, and they gave me some free treatments, which was was awesome! I always recommend them, and I would always go back! more

I have been going to Action Chiropractic for six years now. They cured my ruptured disc, and they've always done a great job for me. Everything about this center is great. I have no complaints. The location is actually horrible for me because I live on the other side of town, but I would gladly drive forty-five minutes to get there. They are that good. I went to Action Chiropractic because I was experiencing neck, shoulder and lower back pain. They set me up for adjustments three times a week for a couple of months and then down to two times a week. I loved it. The adjustments worked. I have sent several people to them and will continue to do so. Listen to what they say. If they suggest exercises do them. I am feeling better. more

I found out about Action Chiropractic through a co-worker who I trust. He had been seeing the two doctors at Action and I was looking for a doctor for my own situation. I've always had a great experience with the staff there. They're very friendly, upbeat, positive people. I would hire more help if I could. They're really great at steering you in the right direction and following up with appointments. The only thing I could critique about them is that sometimes when they're busier, the quality of the service is different, NOT worse, just different. Both doctors are great, but while one is always thorough and makes sure I'm taken care of, the other I have to do the initiation with about my care. I especially recommend Lee Ann. She's great. She's one of those people who always wants to know how things are and remembers the little things like a good doctor or nurse would. Always great customer service. more

I am going to Action Chiropractic for my spine. I have been using a machine they have and it is really helping. I am not completely healed but I am so much better after the treatment. I would tell anybody who is experiencing any pain or discomfort to go and see them right away! I am going to continue getting treatments with them and am very satisfied. more

I'm a personal trainer so I deal with Casey and refer my clients and athletes to him for their treatments. He mainly works on my back issues and we've been extremely excited in not only how he handles the clients but the procedures he does. I can trust him and his background and practice that he has to get athletes to heal and get back to playing. He's trustworthy and the great thing is that we don't have to worry when we send someone over to him that he's gonna be able to find and take care of the problem in an orderly fashion. Dr. Bearden set a course of tx. personalized just for my situation and along with my part..which was to exercise as he instructed..the results were obtained! I came to him with a disc in my neck that is for the most part flattened which affected the muscles in my rt. arm causing diminished muscle control and worsening the carport tunnel in the rt. hand. I had stiffness in my neck and some in my shoulder. I was told I had three options by MDs 1-injections into the disc that was flattening( these would have to be repeated and ongoing for the rest of my life) 2-surgery ( also will have to be repeated ) 3- or an alternative ( chiropractic, etc.) I had the prior experience of healing thru Chiropractic care for back injuries ( including two bulging discs) and had excellent results so I chose the obvious choice for me..and the only choice for me ! So here I am today feeling great and with almost full range of motion in my rt.shoulder and am continuing the excerises for that and the carpal tunnel remains controlled with exercises as well ! Thank you Dr. Bearden for all you have done for me and all you and your sweet associates continue to do for all who need your expertise!
