I only take my vehicles to Action Auto. Great prices for rims and tires! Great customer service. Very helpful.

To expensive they did not use my high diagnostic fee against my repairs

To my surprise, I did not pass a smog check even though my admissions were fine. After interviewing Paul from Action Auto, I decided to go with them and they were able to determine there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. more

With Action Auto, I got a call back when the work was done. Sometimes you get promised things at other places, and they don't follow through. These guys followed through. I have a company car that needed all new tires. They were able to provide those. They even cleaned my car. I was very happy with all of their services. more

Helpful and simple 12/10/2013

I had to get a smog check at Action Auto. I had went to a few places and he gave me details on how I could improve my situation because apparently, my filter was illegal. The front desk guy, can't remember his name, told me the process of how to take care of it. more

Awesome Service 8/12/2013

The team at Action Auto ROCK! I have been trying to find a shop to properly align my F150. They got it right the first time. They gave me a lift back to my office, they picked me up from work when the work was done, they washed my truck, they were friendly and courteous, they charged me what they quoted, the price was fair, overall, they are the real deal! more

Excellent auto establishment with A1 client service!\r \r In February of 2013, I had a domino effect of issues occur in my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee after just coming out of big issues with my daughter's Saturn at Firestone and AAMCO. One of my Jeep's biggest issues was electrical. And quite maddening, seeing that the inside lights were staying on as I drove the car, windows getting stuck, car was locking and unlocking on its own without any commands, alarm was going off when I used the key inside of the door to unlock them (because clicker stopped working), and so on and so forth.\r \r I could not seem to find anyone to fix the electrical issues on my car with success and finally was advised to take my car to the dealership. I googled and yelped the Jeep dealerships within a 50 mile radius. Reviews did not look to good but I had no choice as it seemed to be a complex issue with the vehicle's electrical system. \r \r Ended up bringing vehicle into Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep dealership in Cerritos, more

I took my Jeep Liberty in for some repairs and the guys at Action Auto were professional, helpful and knowledgable. They went out of their way to make sure that the work was done correctly and to my satisfaction. Honest, reliable service that cant be beat! 11/11/2012

I brought my 2008 Infiniti G37S coupe in to install lowering springs, a sway bar kit, and custom staggered wheels. The completed job was a 10 out of 10! The car was perfectly lowered and the new tires and rims were flawlessly mounted. There was no rubbing against the fender or brake pads and no erratic movement of the steering wheel. Needless to say, my coupe looked better than new and the handling and performance was awesome! However, the wheel locks on my stock wheels did not fit these aftermarket wheels. Thats when I had to take my car in on the weekend to have new wheel locks put on. They were short-handed that day, so rather than make me wait a long time until they can get to me, the general manager, Brett Heskett, came out and installed the new wheel locks himself. To top it off, he didnt charge for the wheel locks either! Thats professionalism with class and thats a rare quality to find in the auto industry nowadays. more

installing wrong product 5/1/2012

I give them o stars because they installed two diffrent strut mounts on my car and they don't want to admit it. Had problems every since they did the mounts. Clunking noise and car leaning slightly to one side. Had to go to the dealer to get right. They don't want to refund me my money back but that's ok I just take it to another level. Don't go there!!!!! ......horrible!!!!! more

Excellent automotive care!!! 2/2/2012

Just wanted for you folks out there that own classic cars to know of my experience with Action Auto. My 1962 Ford Falcon Station recently had to have the original very tired engine rebuilt and so I had Action Auto do it. I was amazed with the results. The Falcon is not a show car and is a daily driver but when they got done with it, not only was the engine rebuilt but it was cleaned and painted and looked like you could eat off it with the firewall also painted and not a drop of oil from underneath like before. The work exceeded my expectations as I was just expecting the engine to be rebuilt and put back together with none of the little extras they surprised me with..WOW! It now runs as smooth as silk and I look forward to having other work done by these folks....they are the BEST!! Thank you RAJ and BRETT!! more

Action Auto has serviced my work trucks and my personal vehicles for 25 years now. I continue to come back because I know I will be treated fairly and the work that is performed on my vehicles is outstanding. My current truck has more than 376,000 miles with all original componets. Nat and the staff have for 20 years provided the most reasonable service quotes and repairs on numerous vehicles for my family. Other establishments have given "female" quotes but not Action Auto. The team is efficient, all collaborating to provide the customer with excellent service. I have brought them new cars, used cars, cars needing tires. Once my daughter brought her car in because she was told it needed a new engine. It only needed a new clean filter and there wasn't even a charge. Now that's great business!!! more
