I only take my vehicles to Action Auto. Great prices for rims and tires! Great customer service. Very helpful.

Action Auto is Amazing! 12/11/2016

Every year for the past 30 years my husband & I take Santa around on an antique sleigh on a decorated trailer through local neighborhoods so that kids, parents and pets to come take photos with Santa. This year, 2016, we got a flat tire. A very nice resident put air in the tire (thanks Dane!), then referred us to Action Auto. Within minutes of arriving Carlton, Brett and team were on it. They immediately picked up two new tires from their warehouse & within the hour had us back on the road! They made so many families so happy to see Santa! Thank you Action Auto! We will be bringing our cars to you for service from now on! Linda more

Smog test with coupon 12/10/2016

Dropped of my car around 9:20 a.m. and found a coupon that offers a discount, BAM ! got a call like 30 minutes later, "your car is ready" .. That is totally WOW !!! Fast service, great front desk. Experience is commendable. All I can say is thanks, happy holidays, and a prosperous New Year ! more

Good Job On an Extensive Repair 12/9/2016

I have a 2006 Infinity and the air conditioning went out. The mechanics were very methodical in their diagnosis and discovered the problem. Brett went out of his way to located the best air conditioning parts and I feel he gave me a pretty good price, considering the parts are expensive in the first place. I've been using Action Auto since 1979 and been very happy. more

Great experience when attending customers. Though, my inconvenience is that I requested on the phone for an approximate price for an oil change, and the price after the oil change took place was $10.00 higher, making me wonder if it was a wrong guess from their side or a usual bait and switch, they bait me with a cheaper price but they switch it for a higher one once I can't say no. I will recommend this car shop, they answer your questions, they approach you, give you a printed copy of the repairs they made. Give this car shop a try. Outstanding 11/30/2016

Had an issue with my indicators. The problem was diagnosed and repaired within two hours and much lower that the original estimate. Even have my wife a ride to and from the shop so she didn't have to wait around. I would highly recommend this place for both quality and value of the services they provide and also the above and beyond customer service. more

This place is one of the best places I've ever taken my vehicles to.
