I only take my vehicles to Action Auto. Great prices for rims and tires! Great customer service. Very helpful.

To expensive they did not use my high diagnostic fee against my repairs

Great Service! 7/19/2016

My car had to be towed into the shop for a fluid leak. The diagnosis was a bad radiator and broken water pump belt. The problem was diagnosed within 15 minutes of when the car was brought in and the problems were clearly explained to me. Since it was near closing time, the repairs were quickly performed the next day. I was called and told the car was ready to go and a driver was quickly sent to pick me up for a ride to the shop. Action Auto also replaced the A/C compressor last year in my car and it continues to produce arctic temperatures. A three year guarantee on all repairs can't be beat! I would, unquestionably, highly recommend Action Auto for any repairs and service you may need! AAA+ more

AIR CONDITIONER WORK 7/8/2016

BROUGHT GMC IN FOR AIR PROBLEM THEY FIXED IT AND FOUND MY FRONT STRUTS WERE BAD HAD THAT FIXED CAR RUNS LIKE NEW. THEY HAVE A GREAT LOBBY AND FREE POPCORN. FRIENDLY SERVICE PEOPLE AS WELL. more

I was greeted immediately by one of the people at the desk. (currently blanking on his name but I think it was similar to Bruce) HealthCare was extremely friendly and explained any questions I had. Excellent service however the loaner car system is unreliable. 6/24/2016

The service was exceptional both fair in price and warranty. Unfortunately the loaner car system through Enterprise wasn't reliable. I was unable to get a loaner after going with the Enterprise rep to various locations on the quest. Perhaps another rental car company can be utilized for future customers. more
