I have called on Action Air two separate times to service my air conditioning and I have been very happy with them. They are very easy to schedule with and they arrive on time. Their prices are very reasonable and competitive. Their technicians are communicative and responsive; they took the time to explain what was going on and what needed to be done. They are very professional in their work and I trust them. more

Great Experience 7/6/2017

They did a great job. I hired them recently put in a new sewer system in my backyard, and everything is doing great. What I really like about Action Air is that they did everything they said they'd do, and I didn't encounter any surprises. Their technicians told me what was wrong and what it'd take to fix it. They dug up the whole backyard to install the sewer system, and the whole process ran efficiently and smoothly. When they arrived in the morning, they knocked in the door to let me know they had arrived. When they finished working in the afternoon, they knocked on my door again to let me know they were leaving. I thought that was a very courteous thing to do. When the city manager came from city hall to do the inspection, he said that the technicians from Action Air were the nicest people, and he asked me where I found them! They are good people, and they do good work. more

AC with home warranty 6/9/2017

Worst Company ever!!! We had to use them due to our home warranty. However Valerie and Terry are the most unprofessional and rude people I have ever dealt with!!! It's been 9 days and still no ac. Spoke with Terry and he told me to take my business elsewhere due to the fact that I was upset. Well I'd like to see him go without ac for 9 days!!! I urge you not to use them!!!! If this is who your home warranty is dispatching to your house then tell them you don't want to use them. Things won't ever get done. The bad thing is they cashed our check already...funny how that works!!! How can you get paid for a service that was not delivered??? I have them a 1 stat because it's the lowest available, but it should be a negative star rating!!!!!!!!! more

Fantastic Experience 5/16/2017

They are absolutely amazing. I have been using their services since around 2016. I'm a realtor, and I contact Terry for every repair I need in the homes I oversee, ranging from the septic systems to plumbing and air conditioning units. I've even had Terry replace an entire septic tank, and I had zero issues with how everything turned out. I call Terry whenever I need anything, and he works with me and my clients regarding replacements or repair work. Terry is my top rated guy as far as maintenance goes. He always reaches out to me before appointments to confirm the time and what he'll be working on, and he makes sure to reach out to me afterward to make sure everything is running smoothly. I think the work they do is excellent, and I have only positive things to say about them. more

This was my first time using Action Air. The man who came out to do the job for me was very professional. He did the job very well, and everything is working great now. Everything he worked on has been fine. I have no complaints, and I definitely will use Action Air again in the future whenever I need to! more

Just Great! 2/16/2017

I've been using Action Air for a couple of years now on several projects. They do good work. He's done a couple of things for me. First, he put in a temporary holding system in one of my job sites, but then it turns out it needed to be replaced. So he's just installed a new septic system there. I appreciate how responsive he is, and he's always very respectful when we talk. I've never met him, but we've spoken on the phone several times. He's prompt and on time, and he did what he'd said he'd do, when he said he'd do it. He's very honest. Just overall a good guy. more

Very reliable 1/24/2017

I think the best description I could give for the people over at Action Air is that they deliver on their promises. They came out right when they said they would and got right to work. They did the work that they said they were going to do within the time frame that they said they would do it. They gave me a price quote at the beginning and they stuck to that price. They are just very reliable in my opinion and I would definitely use their services again. more

Technicians from Action Air basically re-plumbed the whole house. The job was pretty quick and only took about a week. The staff is friendly and the pricing is competitive. more
