It was hard to get a hold of the company. When we called it kept going straight to an answering machine. No one was there to guide us on what the next step would be. When they finally came to install our air conditioning system, it was about a 14 hour event. When they had spoken with us before they told us the absolute most it would take would be 5 hours. more

They replaced our furnace. They were able to work with us on getting all the stuff we needed. Whenever we had any problems or issues they took care of it. I believe they put in our tankless water heater too, and they worked with us and helped us get stuff not normally on the shelves. more

My experience is really great. I haven't had any problems. They came in, got the work done quickly, and tested inside and out. We had Action Air install a new heater and air conditioning unit, and it has been really good. Kayla Carrasco more

I called about my concern and was greeted with a very sweet voice, assuring me that someone could be ther between the hours of 9 and 10. Joey showed up exactly on time. He took the time to explain everything in a very clear, consise manner. He showed me what was wrong, fixed the problem quickly, and was very kind and friendly. I have experienced so many companies that seem so bored with what they are doing, or so rushed they don't take the time to be friendly or kind, or they are not knowledgeable and have to return to fix something that was not fixed the first time. James J and James S came to our home and replaced our water heater. They were very professional, courteous, and completed the work in a timely fashion. They were knowledgeable and gave instructions on proper care of the water heater. James (not sure if J or S) gave a follow up call to be sure things were running okay, and this was very appreciated. They did a good job. 4/16/2012

Action Air installed a thermostat in my home. It turned out good. I also wanted to get a good inspection done on the house. Unfortunately, there was some miscommunication between the guy that I talked to on the phone and the guy that came. I wanted a carbon dioxide check but the guy that came told me that wasn't on the list. He still checked from the outside but it was sealed up and he said he couldn't detect anything. The inspection did not end up being as thorough as I would have liked. I was also not able to stay long enough for him to do a thorough inspection. Overall the people at Action Air were very nice and very polite. more

I had Action Air replace my water heater recently. They are a no fuss company, they are quick to respond, fast on the job, and do a good job. They didn't tear up the surrounding area to get it in and were very clean. I will use them again and I think it would be hard to find somebody better than Action Air. more

It was perfect. They were supper. I had to turn my water off due to a busted pipe. Needless to say, I tried to use someone local and they did not get back to me. So, I called Action Air and from the receptionist to the young man (James) who came to do the work, it was outstanding service. When James was coming the next morning he called to let me know he was on his way. He was courteous, nice, and he resolved the issue in under an hour. It was a very good experience and I have not had a problem since. I have even recommended them to some of my family members. The price was reasonable. more

James from Action Air is very knowledgeable and professional. He's also very proficient! He's willing to take the time to explain what the problem is and what he recommends to fix it. He's good at doing what he recommends! James at Action Air has taken care of various plumbing problems for me and I've been using Action Air since July. They just do good plumbing! If they can't fix it, they'll figure out how to fix it! more

Extremely helpful! 11/21/2011

Action Air came out to service my heating unit. The man found a crack in the unit, and had to red tag it and cut the gas off. He was so nice and apologetic about the entire thing, and I was like, "don't worry, you may have just saved my life!" As he was finishing up with writing his report, I called my insurance company. He stayed there with me and helped by giving me the answers the insurance company was asking me for. The insurance company was planning on sending out a different company to fix the issue, but I told them I wanted Action Air to do the installation, so they worked with me on that. Another technician came out to do the work and he also was very helpful, friendly and professional! I would definitely use them again! more
