I have a '04 Acura TL. Accurate Autoworks has been servicing it since I bought it new. I have always been very pleased with their service and honesty. A few days ago, in the pouring rain, the well where the spare tire sits got filled with water. The movement of the car got the cover of the trunk soaked as well. I took it to them and Erik (ask for him!) said they would look and see where the water came from. He estimated a $200.00 value for the time they would take to look into it. A couple of hours later he called me to say that the fault had been theirs and that it would not cost me anything. A few months ago I had backed up into a metal structure and broken a rear light, which they replaced. He said that, during installation, the sealing foam around the part got "crimped", and that's where the water entered the trunk from. He ordered the part, they fixed it, and had someone pick me up from my house because it was raining-though I live withing walking distance to the shop. No one I t
