I have been a loyal customer for many years and have recommended this auto shop to many people over the years. As a single woman, I can assure you they have never taken advantage of me, and have been nothing but helpful and blatantly honest about things that didn't need to be done on my car yet. I had an experience where my car was just serviced at Accurate Autoworks, but I had to take it to the Honda Dealership to have a recall issue replaced (Honda will not let non-Dealers provide recall replacements.) The Honda of Pasadena mechanics informed me that I needed $600.00 of repairs done on my car, they made up things that had just been serviced. It was so disgusting. When I pointed out to them I had had all these things already done, then they told me that they mixed my car up with someone else's car. In a world of dishonest mechanics and individuals making a fast buck, the guys are accurate autoworks, are total gems!!
