Abused victom o: I read you complaint and would like to bring one thing to your attention. I am a retired employee of SDGE and for you to state that a private company like Accell is responsibility for the upkeep or replacement of gas meters is simply FALSE! All utility equipment such as gas, water, and electrical meters are the SOLE property and responsibility of each utility company. The same is true for phone and cable lines, utility boxes etc. For any unauthorized person to tamper with them is against the law. It's unfortunate that some people have their own facts. P.S. my 8 year granddaughter can spell better than you . . . more

Accell Property Mangement is the most unprofessional mangement company I have ever dealt with, and was fired from Laguna Niguel Homes II for harrassing homeowners. Crestline Community in Laguna Hills homeowners have several complaints of illegal issues that Accell will not address. One of these items is the corrosion of gas meters and leakage.. Only Accell has met with our finance committee regularly to make recommendations to improve our financial position and monitor that we are making progress to solve this issue. Thank you Accell. more

Bad Service, Very Shady 9/8/2010

We have been living in our community for a while now. The builder has some deal with Accell allowing them to manage all the associations they build, and since the community isn't built out yet, we can't fire Accell. They have increased our dues by over 25% in 4 months! They will not explain where the increase is coming from, and will not share the usage of the money. They simply send the annual budget, and then spend more money as needed. They are a horrible and unproffesional company, and as soon as the board is majority homeowner, they are gone more

Unprofessional & Inept 3/19/2010

Accell is responsible for payment and management of condo community hazard insurance. They consistently fail to make the payment on time and the bank (mortgage holder) sends alert letters to me (property owner) with threats of additional fees. This has happened several times in the past 12 months. Is Accell is in financial trouble and uses our home owner fees to float their own finances! Beware!! Do not do business with this firm or vote them out. Should rate them -5 stars. Cons: cause monetary loss more

We have tried calling the management company several times and never get an answer. If you want your house to be rented out do not use this company. You are guaranteed to loose business. more

I'm not one to really speak bad about anything but this managment company manages our assosation and they have to be the worst experiance I have ever run into. We payed a little over $800,000.00 for our home and they want to dictate how they want our Back Yard to look... I can see the front yard but the back that's our buisness. I have turned in my landscaping plans to these people a couple of times yet to be approved!!! I have been trying to landscape my yard now for a year and now they are fining me a $100 a month because I don't have landscaping but yet they won't approve my plans that I payed thousands of dollars for. Not to mention they had no problem cashing my ck for $275.00 just so they can look at my plans. Very Poor Communication!!!!!! With these People!!!! My neighbor was also being fined $100 a month Cons: EVERYTHING ABOUT THEM!!!!! more
