I'm not one to really speak bad about anything but this managment company manages our assosation and they have to be the worst experiance I have ever run into. We payed a little over $800,000.00 for our home and they want to dictate how they want our Back Yard to look... I can see the front yard but the back that's our buisness. I have turned in my landscaping plans to these people a couple of times yet to be approved!!! I have been trying to landscape my yard now for a year and now they are fining me a $100 a month because I don't have landscaping but yet they won't approve my plans that I payed thousands of dollars for. Not to mention they had no problem cashing my ck for $275.00 just so they can look at my plans. Very Poor Communication!!!!!! With these People!!!! My neighbor was also being fined $100 a month
Cons: EVERYTHING ABOUT THEM!!!!!
