Accell Property Mangement is the most unprofessional mangement company I have ever dealt with, and was fired from Laguna Niguel Homes II for harrassing homeowners. Crestline Community in Laguna Hills homeowners have several complaints of illegal issues that Accell will not address. One of these items is the corrosion of gas meters and leakage.. Gas company indicated that it is Accell Property management to correct this dangerous situation, but they continue to ignore. They are also demanding that the homeowners display decals on their cars and towing cars during the day, indicated that they are stored vehcals when they are not. The board members make all decisions without the consent or acknowledgement of homeowners. Homeowners are unhappy and would like Accell, Crestline current board members recalled, and Accell Property Mangement fired.
