Abused victom o: I read you complaint and would like to bring one thing to your attention. I am a retired employee of SDGE and for you to state that a private company like Accell is responsibility for the upkeep or replacement of gas meters is simply FALSE! All utility equipment such as gas, water, and electrical meters are the SOLE property and responsibility of each utility company. The same is true for phone and cable lines, utility boxes etc. For any unauthorized person to tamper with them is against the law. It's unfortunate that some people have their own facts. P.S. my 8 year granddaughter can spell better than you . . .
