Very bad service ! (1)The service technician named [Brad] He never call before come to my home. (2) When he came to my home my son let him in and without anybody's authorization or estimate He started working on dishwasher and refrigerator.(3) He run dishwasher for long period of time and flooded in the my kitchen and water run in the flooring and water flooded in my basement. (4) The worst thing He show me a little hand book and tell me you have to pay me $201.90 + tax = $215.40 that I paid to him but the invoice have not showing any detail/descriptions of parts or labor. (5) The last thing He leave all the dirty black dust wet-watery kitchen floor and basement.\r I think I never call this people for any services. more

Great service! Technician named Joe arrived on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed our refrigerator within a short time, explaining every detail and left the old part with us. Would definitely use Absolute again! more

Very Professional business 7/22/2012

We have paid all of our staff for all work that were completed properly... Ray Borns was let go from Absolute Appliance Repair due to theft of company property along with multiple other issues that we do not wish to disclose to the public. Ray was paid for all of his services and actually owes Absolute Appliance Repair money for materials and company property that he never returned. All Appliance Companies Beware of Ray Borns. He is a scam artist that travels across the united states working for companies and leaving town with their property. more

REALLY GREAT SERVICE 2/7/2012

Really great service and quick response time for the 2nd time in a year.. Everything was so easy from the time I called until the technician had my washing machine working again. The best part was that he was able to fix it right away - was only without my washer for a day. I would definitely use ABSOLUTE APPLIANCE again and recommend them to anyone that needs to have an appliance fixed. Liked: Service more

Suckered in by a coupon! 1/29/2012

Suckered in by a coupon! What a waste of both time & money! An all around bad experience and they didn't even fix anything! Short list of my complaints (1) Would not quote a price over the phone (not even a ball park estimate) but was sure to point out a $50 off coupon was available online. (2) Technician called 15 mins past the expected ETA to say he'd be two hours late. (3) Using only a flashlight and a screw driver, my appliance was diagnose in less than 5 mins. (4) Technician asked if I had a coupon before giving me a verbal estimate. (5) Even with the coupon, estimate was double that of the BBB accredited company I called after the fact (who, by the way, was able to give me a quote over the phone). (6) Paid $30 for nothing!!!! Arrggh! more

Not a Happy Camper - Not at All 1/19/2012

Not a very good experience. Called Company at 9am was told service call would be 29.95 and performed that day and that they would call me with the problem when they got there. I agreed so they sent tech out. Was quoted repair at 190.00 on a fridg. and could have running in a short period of time. Though that was a very high estimate. Tenant said later tech was rude and up set I did not repair unit and even asked tenant to ok repair. Called company and asked what was wrong with fridge. They told me the 29.95 was only for est. to repair item. Nothing else. I would not recommend this company. Ok.. Update .. Called another appliance company they came out same day and diagnosed the problem called me and told me what was wrong and what needed fixed. I approved it 89.00 buck's... 110.00 dollars less. OK - that my experience. Guess I need to post this on Angie's List also. more

This company still owes me money for my work! After several attempts to contact joseph underwood (owner) with no response I now realize that I will not be getting the pay that I have earned. The only thing that I can do at this point is warn customers about this company. The reviews are obviously bogus. The owner joseph, left the last review and seemed to forget that his name is located at the top. Deception is not what customers are looking for. Choose this company at your own risk! more

i dont get it how can joe underwood say they are the best appliance company in cincinnati when in fact joe underwood work for the company and the company will not pay him his wadges sounds like they are trying to build up there own company by deception. what a joke more

Great Service 11/19/2011

I called Absolute Appliance Repair on a Saturday and I received a call from field service within 10 minutes and he said he'd been here between 3 and 5. Mark showed up at 3:30 and was not only friendly, but helpful. He suggested I get a voltmeter and showed me how to use one for future knowledge. more

Great service!!! 10/13/2011

I called Absolute Appliance Repair on a Sunday. They actually answered the phone and within 2 hours they arrived at my house. The service man fixed my refrigerator on the spot. He was very polite and professional. The price was very reasonable. I will defiantly use them again in future!! Thanks again Absolute! more

Expensive, felt ripped off! BEWARE! 8/15/2011

The technician repaired my appliance. I was told it was ""flat rate"" pricing which they couldn't clearly tell me because it depended on what the technician decided that rate was based on the repair and after he asked what coupon I had. Convenient and clearly not a ""flat rate"". He then proceeded to tell me the part cost 10X more than it actually was. Had the part cost what he said, it might have justified the repair cost better. He did repair my appliance but I will not use again due to the deception and high repair cost. more

No Troubleshooting - just parts 8/15/2011

If you want a technician that will troubleshoot a problem and repair this is not the place - they simply replace parts and charge a premium. They will charge a lot for a call out to tell you what you already told the receptionist then they order a part and read through the manual as they replace. They claim that you are legally obligated to a lot of things in the contract which you can read and find out that you are not legally obligated to . . . pushy. They fixed my issue but I would find someone else the next time I have an issue with an appliance. I chose them from the excellent reviews they received so I thought I would provide an alternate perspective. more

Thank you Absolute Appliance Repair!! On Thanksgiving Day my oven stopped working. I was freaking out i had all my family coming over. I called 3 companies got no answer then i called Absolute Appliance Repair you guys answered right away. I was very impressed the tech showed up at my house in hour and half. He gave me a good price and fixed my oven. I am an extremely happy customer and will use absolute again in the future. Thanks again for making my day on Thanksgiving!!! more

Outstanding Service!! 11/9/2010

When my refrigerator quit working I was in a stand still on what to do. I didn?t know who to call or who in the service industry was considered trust-worthy. I eventually called Absolute Appliance Repair. I would have to say ?by-far? that was one of the best decisions I have ever made. From my initial call till the time the unit was fixed Joe Underwood (owner/service tech) was an extremely friendly and outgoing individual. His customer service relations and his knowledge of the unit were unprecedented. He knew what the problem was almost immediately and went right to work. He was done in a very timely manner and was very efficient. Having been a service tech myself I know how important it is to not only service the unit correctly and timely but to put the customer at ease by letting them know that you have there best interest in mind (price of course). By the time he was done I felt as though I hadn?t only gained a dependable service tech but a friend as well. If Joe continues to run the company the way he is now there is no doubt in my mind that it will stay very successful, not only because his prices can?t be beat but because he actually cares about his customers and will go the extra mile for them. more
