Not a very good experience. Called Company at 9am was told service call would be 29.95 and performed that day and that they would call me with the problem when they got there. I agreed so they sent tech out. Was quoted repair at 190.00 on a fridg. and could have running in a short period of time. Though that was a very high estimate. Tenant said later tech was rude and up set I did not repair unit and even asked tenant to ok repair. Called company and asked what was wrong with fridge. They told me the 29.95 was only for est. to repair item. Nothing else. I would not recommend this company. Ok.. Update .. Called another appliance company they came out same day and diagnosed the problem called me and told me what was wrong and what needed fixed. I approved it 89.00 buck's... 110.00 dollars less. OK - that my experience. Guess I need to post this on Angie's List also.
