Quick response time and efficient service 11/1/2012

Had issue with garage door not shutting. Above and Beyond was here within 2 hours of calling. Fixed the problem and offered suggestions to prevent issue from happening again. more

Great Service Friendly People 8/29/2012

I called Above and Beyond Monday morning and asked if I could get someone out to repair a spring on a 16Ft door - that day (in early afternoon). I further explained I was from Columbus and in Canton until mid afternoon at my parents. They explained that they were booked until after mid afternoon, but if a Tech got freed up, they would call me. They took my number and promised to call me back if the scheduled opened up. A bit later I received a call saying a tech could squeeze me in, and he would arrive between 12-1. He showed up between those hours and fixed the door in record time. ... spring broke first day of school for wife (teacher) and daughters. Researched quickly, narrowed my picks, and went with Above and Beyond Door Systems. Service manager came out within a few hours and had us up and running again. Very happy with my choice! Everyone I spoke to was very professional yet personal. more

Excellent Service!!!! 8/17/2012

I had an issue where the torsion spring broke on my garage. Luckily, my car was already out of the garage and I told them it was not an emergency. However, they still came out the next morning and was even there a couple of minutes early! The repairman was quick, and he even lubricated the hinges and rails, and gave me some pointers on preventative maintenance. I defintely recommend this company! more

Got me out of a jam. 8/13/2012

I'll tell ya, one of the things I really appreciated is how they responded to what was sort of an emergency situation. I had a cable snap, and when I phoned in, Above & Beyond Door Systems were the only ones who really explained the differences in the quality of their doors. They were the only ones willing to come out for an emergency call and not even charge for that on top of the door installation. The gentleman who came for the emergency call also came out and installed the new door a few hours later. He couldn't have been nicer. He was polite, personable, and knowledgeable. The poor guy didn't feel good that day, so I can't give him enough credit for how great he was. I have already recommended them to my neighbors, who had been surprised to see my old door was still there. Just as an idea for next time, they could stick a sign in my yard or anything like that while they were working, so that others can see. I think they did a great, great job. more

Excellent Job! Quick Response! 7/27/2012

I called because the spring on my garage door broke in half. Originally, the associate said he would be out in the evening to fix it. I told him that I needed to pick my kids up at camp that afternoon and my truck was in the garage. He managed to fit me in before 10 am. The assoicate was polite and quick. He did an excellent job! I would call again whenever my garage door needs service and recommend them to anyone. Thanks for the great job!!! more

Great service 7/23/2012

I will recommend Above & Beyond Door System to anyone who has an issue with their garage door. They we on time and very efficient, repairs took no more than 15 minutes and the service man was professional and polite. So far garage door still working so I will definitely used them in the future more
