I called Above and Beyond Monday morning and asked if I could get someone out to repair a spring on a 16Ft door - that day (in early afternoon). I further explained I was from Columbus and in Canton until mid afternoon at my parents. They explained that they were booked until after mid afternoon, but if a Tech got freed up, they would call me. They took my number and promised to call me back if the scheduled opened up. A bit later I received a call saying a tech could squeeze me in, and he would arrive between 12-1.
He showed up between those hours and fixed the door in record time.
Thanks for going Above and Beyond in accomodating my very tight schedule. It was much appreciated.
