After I called there was a knock at my front door and 20 minutes later my garage door was fixed!! I called at 8:30am and he told me they would be there between 10-12 and the tech was here at 10am.For a small outfit they have huge results!! Thank you very much!!! more

Had a great experience with your company. You came out the same day and repaired my garage door along with helping us to figure out our keyless entry pad since we had forgotten the password. Our repairman was extremely helpful and very personable. We will definitely be using your company again! more

No hemming and hawing around! 12/22/2011

I went out to get my newspaper and when I came back in, I heard a loud crash behind me. My garage door is 16 feet wide, and it wasn't a good sound. I am retired now, but I was in the construction business myself for many years, so I knew exactly what was wrong. I called Above & Beyond Door Systems because they've been servicing my garage door for years. I spoke to Dave, and he told me that he could have someone out within an hour. He had someone there in 15 minutes! And when I went out to go check on him, he was finished. All in all, from the time I phoned Dave, to the time the man finished up, the entire process took about 50 minutes total. They get things done fast! I was very pleased with them, there was no hemming and hawing around. They are a very professional company and I will continue to use them and to recommend them to others. more

I would hire them again 11/30/2011

Bill came out and fixed my damaged door and gave some tips to keep it running smoothly. It runs better now than it did before! My only complaint is that while he earnestly tried to fix my door and he had to answer the phone calls being forwarded from the business line to his cell, through no fault of his own. He could have easily left 20 minutes earlier if he was not side tracked. But he did a gem of a job! RESPONSE FROM Above & Beyond Door Systems: We are so grateful that our phones ring non stop! I refuse to use an answering service, you will always get a live person who sincerely cares about helping you with your garage door. Yes, we do answer the phone on the job, and most all service calls are done in less than 1 hour. Thank you so much for your five star review! more

The price that Above & Beyond Door Systems gave me was great! They were on time, finished on time, and hauled away everything. They left everything as it was. No damage, and 100% great craftsmanship. The guys are very nice and professional. I've known Dave for probably forty years. He's a friend of mine who happens to be in the business! more

The service was great, but the cost of the new spring was excessive. RESPONSE FROM Above & Beyond Door Systems: The price of a 2" 262 x 36" (very large spring)is $110.00. Yes the price of steel has gone up dramatically in the last three years, which is simply out of my control. We are still the most reasonable and fair company out there. My goal is to provide the best possible service, and quality materials at a fair price. Our springs are made in Toledo Ohio, no imported steel from China whatsoever. more

I have used them before and each time was great 11/2/2011

I have had a spring go on an old garage door. The door was heavy and they came out at once and fixed it. I later bought from them a newer and lighter door with an automatic coded opener and love it! I have been totally satisfied. Recently through a mistake on my part the door got knocked of the track. They came out at the time they said, politely and quickly fixed it. It is running smoothly. I have already recommended them to others. Bill,the repairman each time,is very capable, friendly, and polite. more

Our garage door wasn't working due to a broken spring. Above & Beyond responded on the same day we called, quickly identified and fixed the problem, and also checked our other door to be sure it was working OK. We couldn't ask for better service. I definitely recommend them! more

Bill, the technician arrived within the time stated. He asked a few pertinent questions and reviewed the current situation and made an assessment. He explained my options and quickly replaced the needed parts and resolved the problem. Very professional. more

Solid, honest company. 10/25/2011

This was my first experience with Above & Beyond Door Systems. I appreciated their honesty and straightforwardness. They could have made more money off of me by coming to do the job on the weekend or in the evening, like I thought they'd have to do if they needed me to be there. Instead, they told me that they could do the job without me being there, as long as they could get into my garage. They were able to get in, do the job of putting a new garage opener in, without anybody being at home. I'll definitely use them again! more
