Able was great - we called them on a Saturday morning and had service within the next couple of hours. Charlie was super nice and came back a couple of days later with the part we needed for our refrigerator. HIGHLY recommend this company! more

Great customer service!!! i called able when my refrigerator wasn't cooling, they were such a blessing. The girl in the office was nice and got me in ASAP! John came out and did a wonderful job. He was very professional and diagnosed the problem very quickly! He also had the part to fix it right on the truck! This company is the worst I've seen. They are all liars and crooks. The technician stole a bunch of parts out of our refrigerator and now the company acts like they did us a favor. Lies Lies Lies. Don't fall for the 9.95 deal. They sabatoge your appliance leaving it in worse shape then when they arrived! more

This company has done so much for my family. My dinner was almost ruined. I know you most likely read a lot of reviews like mine about appliances going out before the holidays and it really sends you in a frantic, well, it does happen I'm sure to others, but this is the first time for me and I was at a tail spin on trying to figure out what to do before companies shut down for the holidays. I called Able and they were answering their phones and when Charlie came to my door with a smile and a parts on his truck, I was so happy, this momma could not have been happier,I would like to say that they were so AWESOME! more

I got the number from my kids when my fridge that is old as me hit the dust and no longer cooled. I did not to get rid of it unless I had to and it only costed me $9.95 to tell me that it was no longer repairable, broke my heart to hear it but happy about the charge. I will call them again as I need them. more
