Still waiting for the owner to contact me about service 12/22/2011

I have a dishwasher control board that needs to be replaced. Technician determined this to be the issue immediately, I was impressed with him. I mentioned I work for the manufacturer and could obtain this normally expensive part. He quoted me less than $100 to install said it would take 30 minutes. When I called the office to confirm price and schedule, I get the run around, ""we normally wont install parts we dont supply"". You mean the part I am getting directly from the company that makes the dishwasher? Or do you mean you won't warranty your installation? Then I was quoted more than the technician mentioned. I guess if you dont make enough profit on the part, you need to make up for it on the installation. I sent an email to the company asking to speak to the owner, still no response a week later. I will post an update if I ever hear from the owner or the better business bureau. more

I did not have money to fix my dishwasher machine so i had to save money and wait and repair then, my friend said to call able and so glad i did. no more dishes by hand and good job too so thank you justin. more

Wouldn't trust another company with my appliances. My frig stack washer stopped running and doug came out as usual and got us up and going. Good job! more

the old side by side of mine went out and i did open phone book and call this company they did come out and got this frig of mine cooling again. i sure thank them for i could not afford to buy a new one but could afford to repair. thank you again for coming when i needed you. more

What great employees!!!! 7/3/2011

I was trying to do laundry when I realized that my washer was leaking all over the place. I picked up the yellow pages and called Able Appliance and was very glad that I did. What great employees they have working there. He gave me a yellow sticker and said to call anytime I have a issue and you bet I will. more

The ge washer was not running and i was so ready to throw the piece of junk out then someone told me to call able and they would check it for $9.95 that was good. He came and got it running and didn't charge me a "" Arm & leg, so to speak"". I'm happy. more

My Niece was babysitting and our washer wasn't filling so she called her Mother who said she would call out the company that she uses. The man came out and checked out the washer completely and said it just needed a water valve and was told to go ahead and repair it. What was their compnay just became ours too! Fast, Honest, And reasonable priced. more

I have used able before and this time my dryer was whining and i called able out and john came and as before did a good job and reasonable. i will call again if anything else breaks, hope nothing does but you never know. more

I called able out to check out my maytag washer and the technician advised me against repairing said the machine wasn't worth repairing and only charged me $9.95 service call, what a honest company, I will use them for life. more

I have a kenmore side by side and it started making this terrible noise in the freezer and we were afraid it would break down in the middle of the night. My wife called Able out and was referred to them by a friend at work whom said they were very honest and affordable and said to ask for John. John came out and assured them that what he does will keep it going for a good time. it works great and the overall experience with Able was good. The girl on the phone was great as well as John, who even took his time to explain how the frig works. We will certainly be using them again. more

My Father's health issue! 5/15/2011

My central air wasn't working and my Father lives with me and has health issues. I called Able knowing they would be busy and when I explained the situation and I'm sure I was emotional. She said she would see what she could do and that they were completely booked up. With a $39.95 service call that would help me out. She called me back and said the service manager says he would try to fit us in and it could be 10pm or even later. I assured her whatever time would be good. They arrived at my home at 11pm and they looked so worn out and after they were done, I thanked them and I'm sure I had an tear in my eye. My father really appreciated it as well as the entire family. we really appreciate you able as well as the great men that you have working for you. We will call on you whenever we need you. more

My boyfriend called Able out to check our kenmore dryer that was making this terrible noise. John had it done in no time at all and what a relief that I didn't have to take the laundry somewhere else. Liking this company! more

My washer stopped working and with three young boys I had to have it. I called Able and they came out the same day and repaired it on the spot. I will use them again. Very friendly and good. more

I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for reasonable service, at an affordable price. was able to identify problem quickly, came by next day with part and installed and my refrigerator works again more
