This company has no idea how to run a business! I can not get in touch with anyone, I just paid them 96 dollars and they came and picked up everyone's trash in the neighborhood but mine which is overflowing due to them going MIA for weeks!! I'm beyond upset and will be taking my business elsewhere like several others have. I will be getting my refund. more

ABC Waste went downhill in January and just went MIA, once I finally got someone on phone to cancelled service and credit my account since they never showed up and trash piling up. They have yet to get trash can , yet realize I was just charged. Not sure what's going on , but didn't have extra ??$45!! ABC needs to get it together!! more

I have been having problem with ABC for the last 3 months.. They told me I would receive a credit because there had been numerous times they haven't picked up my trash.. But every month they charge me full price. ..and then when u have a problem they never answer the phone and their answering machine is always full...\r \r I give ABC 10 thumbs down on a score of 1 to 10.\r \r I am canceling my service, yes I will have to pay more but a least my trash will be picked up and I'll be able to reach my trash customer service.\r \r ABC just takes your money but NEVER renders Good service. And not answering their phone during business hours just shows they do not care for their customers..\r \r They are the cheapest in town but I guess that's where that saying comes from. .(You Get What You Pay For)..The problem with that is with ABC you pay and still don't get what you pay for... more

ON FEB 19 I PAID FOR SERVICES. WAS TOLD MY TRASH BIND WOULD BE DELIVERED ONTHE 20. I NEVER RECEIVED A TRASH BIND. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE AND CONSTANTLY LIE. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. PLEASE DON'T DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. I SHOULD HAVE KEPT DRIVING WHEN I 1ST SAW THE PLACE AND THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE. THEY EVEN TOLD ME TO DRAG MY GARBAGE TO THE CURB FOR PICK UP EVEN THOUGH I DIDN'T HAVE A TRASH BIND. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE INBREEDS. YOU WILL BE REAL SORRY. I'M STILL TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK. THIS MAY BE A $45.80 LESSON. more

This is the very worst experience I have ever had with any company. They tell you the trucks are out in your area the day you call and 6 days later you are still waiting for trash pick-up. Then you try calling back and keep getting a recording for 3 days then you call back and all of a sudden the numbers are disconnected. I would not recommend this company for anything . their customer service sucks....called to cancel and they just deducted my payment from my account for two months... i called for a 30 day notice to vacate the premises and asked for 1 month refund since they took payment two months at a time...i was told by the lady "" ill see what the charges are for us to do that i dont know if i can refund you since we will be charged..."" WTF !!! i dont care about YOUR CHARGES !!!! thats YOUR problem.!! all i want is my 1 month refunded !!! very unprofessional service and they pick up all our of the day...never consistent !!! more

was a few days late with payment (first time) and they didnt pick my trash up. then added a $5 late fee to my next bill. i called and spoke to a supervisor and explained that i didnt think it was right to not pick up garbage and charge a late fee. asked her to take the late fee off. she was extremely rude and told me i had an attitude. i was not rude. just frustrated. even more so after speaking to her. just wish i could remeber her name. she made me so mad i forgot it. more

I called ABC Waste on Monday and decided to pay and start services on that day. The money for services was taken off of my credit card that very same day.I was told they would deliver my garbage can on Wednseday b/c they couldn't deliver on Tuesdays.I was also told that my garbage pick up day is on Friday's. Well sure enough when I came home Wednesday, the garbage can was outside on the curb. Today is Saturday and my garbage has not been picked up. I called thier number and continue to get a crackeling pick up followed by a quick hang up. My neighbor then tells my husband, "" oh yeah, that's how ABC is..they 'll misspicking up the trash often."" It appears that I have made a big mistake! more

The worst customer service that I have ever encountered. They leave trash all around the garbage cans and if you decide to complan you get called a liar. They will neglect to pick up your trash and tell you it was not on the curb. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I tried to cancel my services and asked for a credit for the next month and was told no by, Brenda, Linda or whoever. They cancelled my services and I did not get a REFUND! more

I used this company for a few months and am very unimpressed!! There is no such thing as customer service. The so called ""owner"" (some lady named Linda) was worse than the staff she hired. When I made an attempt to complain I was told I could go somewhere else that they didn't need my business but judging from their place of business and their trash removal trucks they CLEARLY do! I would not recommend trying to safe a few bucks a month to go with this company because it is not worth being mistreated. I have been with the more established BFI for a little bit now and am always treated like a valuable customer and would recommend them ANY DAY over this joke of a company that will not be around much longer. Abc Waste has been our trash collectors for 5 years. They are very reliable, offer good prices and additional services such as bulk pick up for very reasonable prices compared to other services. The people at the office are always friendly and helpful! Pros: Nice people, helpful, reliable more

They leave trash all by your garbage cans. I have came home to find garbage cans laid on the ground to the side of the street. When you call whoever answers the phone always seem to have a bad day. a true ocsar the grouch Pros: prices okay Cons: half ass job more

My truck broke down and I could not get to the office to pay my bill. I called and asked if the driver could take the payment and was told that was fine. When my brother gave the man the money he kept it and did not turn it into the office as directed. I had to pay that bill again. The owner said that I could take my business to another collecter if I was upset. I did not do that because I wanted that man to understand that steeling from anyone is wrong. But to steel from that disabled boy , is over the top! He will continue to pick up my trash now as a true TRASH MAN! Pros: They will pick up the trash Cons: They will not be honest people more
