My truck broke down and I could not get to the office to pay my bill. I called and asked if the driver could take the payment and was told that was fine. When my brother gave the man the money he kept it and did not turn it into the office as directed. I had to pay that bill again. The owner said that I could take my business to another collecter if I was upset. I did not do that because I wanted that man to understand that steeling from anyone is wrong. But to steel from that disabled boy , is over the top! He will continue to pick up my trash now as a true TRASH MAN!
