I'm a general contractor, and I've used Abbott Electric Inc for a couple of years. They did a great job on a kitchen remodel I needed done in a short time frame. They got in and got out in a timely manner. There were some changes that had to be made beyond the work they initially did. They worked those into the contract, and they got us in and out. I did have some trouble getting a hold of them because I had a bad number for them. I had another job I wanted them to do, but I had to go with another contractor because I didn't hear back. more

Top notch service at unbeatable prices 2/10/2014

Abbot Electric added some electrical outlets and rewired some switches in my media room. It was 150 degrees in the attic and they didn't postpone or delay the job even though it was so hot. They pulled through with their commitment and were in and out in less than half a day. I've never had to call back for any kind of follow up. more

My wife is a realtor and used Abbott Electric for a house that she was selling. They provided excellent customer service. They made the whole process easy for her; all she had to do was pay the bill. She was very, very pleased with the experience, and she would do it again in a minute. more

We used Abbott Electric for installation of our solar panels. They did all the paperwork with the electric company and worked with us on everything we needed done. All work was done on time and within budget. more

I would rate Abbott number one in the metroplex 11/9/2013

I have work with Abbott several times as a general contractor and referred them to others. I have not done that with many other contractors. When they say they will be there they will and I have never had to call them back to fix something. I will continue to use Hank and the boys as long as they do business here and I would not recommend anyone else to touch a solar project. We've used Abbott a couple of times now--once to put things back in order when our house was struck by lightening, and again to install recessed lights in our kitchen-- and have been very pleased with their reliability and high quality of work. I would recommend them without hesitation. more

I won't ever use them again. 9/16/2013

Abbott Electric Inc. was contracted by a plumber who was supposed to be doing work in our home. Apparently, none of them got permits, so I got all kinds of crazy problems with the city. Then the plumber didn't pay the guy from Abbott Electric. He was supposed to be paid out of what I was paying the plumber. So, long story short, he put a claim on my house because he didn't get paid for the job. Make sure they have the correct permits. Also make sure you have your city come in and see that the wiring is done properly. He wired our bathroom, but he didn't do the correct wiring for a bathroom. more

Prompt, responsive service. 8/13/2013

I had used Abbott Electric Inc. to install electric for our automatic gates and also do some outdoor lighting on a few properties we worked on. The customer service is great. Any time I need Henry quickly he's able to get out and get things taken care of. It's just good overall service, especially in terms of timeliness and responsiveness. If you can communicate with them it's perfect. You communicate your needs and Henry is very good at meeting them and managing the customer expectations. more

I had them do a bunch of work inside my house. I had some lights put in, some electrical outlets put in, some ceiling fans put in, and a bunch of lights replaced in my kitchen. more

Very good experience. 5/22/2013

I used them on a few occasions to do work in a newer house. They did everything from outdoor and indoor electrical work to re-wiring of some systems that weren't done right originally. The guys are always nice and pleasant. more
