Thanks for your help. What I learned was very valuable. Unfortunately, I myself was unable to install the units that was suggested due to economics at this time. However when the time comes, ?Abbott will be one of the first I will call. The meeting was great and everything was explained completely. I suggest others use Abbott for there project. Quintessential professional! 5/10/2012

Henry at Abbott Electric was great and willing to work with me! I searched for Henry through the internet. I saw that he had great evaluations, and he provided all the data I needed. For any questions, he would always answer all of them in a timely manner. Whenever I felt things weren't going the way they should go, Henry would basically bend over backwards. I'm a difficult person to work with, and he's the quintessential professional. We got a few solar panels from Abbott Electric to see how they would work, and we've been very pleased with them. We picked them up in November and we didn't get enough to cover our electric bill, which we were aware of. When I do add more solar panels, I will definitely call Henry at Abbott Electric! more

Removed & reinstalled solar panels 4/25/2012

Henry and his crew removed my array of 23x200W panels with Enphase microinverters, and then reinstalled the array after a new roof had been installed. Although Abbott Electric was not the original installer of the array and the crew was unfamiliar with the mounting hardware, they did an excellent job of making things work. The alignment of the array is as good or better than the original, and of course the electrical work was top notch. The crew was professional, considerate and cleaned up after themselves. They were on the job when promised and worked hard to minimize my solar production downtime. I would recommend Abbott Electric to anyone who is facing this type of project. more

Great Experience w/ Abbott Electric 12/18/2011

Overall, we could not have had a more positive experience with Abbott Electric. During a storm, we had a tree fall on our main electric service line in the night. I first called a different company and, after an entire hour of waiting for a call-back, I called Abbott Electric. After I left a message, he called me back immediately. He offered to come out at that time, but was very upfront about regular hours vs after hours pricing and we decided to wait until morning. He came early the next morning exactly when he said he would and got to work. I am so happy that I called Hank. He was professional, highly knowledgeable, and friendly. He worked efficiently and answered all the questions I had. I will be calling him for any and all future projects for which I need an electrician. I highly recommend Hank and Abbott Electric. They came out to trim some trees from power lines and ended up finding some issues with our outside hookup. They fixed it for us and were great about it. more

Henry was very professional and informative from start to finish on our installation of our solar system. We have used Abbott for many other elecrtrical repairs and they have always fixed the items quickly and for a fair price. I would recommend Abbott to family and that's the toughest crowd out there! more

Abbott Electric did everything I hoped it would be. There was a car accident which ripped a meter off my house. They came out and repaired it quickly. They dealt with the city and turned it back on while I didn't lift a finger. I had used them before for another one of my rental houses. They do a good job and they're honest with you. Henry was informative and kind. Their service is fast! more

Excellent Overall Job 5/4/2011

The company did a great job of designing the system and the crew did a great job of installing everything. We live in Plano, and Plano seems to have some of the most stringent inspection standards around. Because of that, some electrical work had to be redone that other cities would approve with no problem. Despite the hit from inspections, Abbott corrected all the electrical to Plano standards. They did this with their own "dime", not coming back to charge us additional fees. They did a great job, and made sure we were satisfied with the products and the installation work. I would recommend them to anyone who asked. more

Great Service at a fare price 4/27/2011

Excellent job from start to finish. The job took much longer than expected due too delays of city inspectors and weather. Job site was cleaned up every day. Terrific help in navigating through all the Oncor and State of Texas legal paperwork. more

Abbott Electric has done numerous remodels with me. I've hired them to come in and do all the electrical work. They have excellent service, and do a great job. When I needed somebody in a pinch, Henry of Abbott Electric was the only person who offered me same day service. They are reliable and did a really great job. His services are well worth the money spent. I felt that even though his prices were a little high, they were definitely fair for the work he provided and his quick response to my call. Great service and reasonable prices! 1/31/2011

Henry "Hank" Kelton of Abbott Electric repaired our electrical problems with our pool equipment after several other electricians failed to isolate the cause. The repairs were done efficiently, promptly and were very reasonably priced. Hank was very informative and impressed me as someone who is determined to provide good customer service on a long term basis in order to build and maintain a strong customer base. more
