It started in 2009. My wife and I bought a 1917 house in 2004 and lived in it awhile before we decided what we wanted to do. We decided to gut it and refurbish it completely. The general contractor had Abbott Electric come out to wire the house. I got to meet Hank while he was working.
He did a really good job on the house, and he told me how he was getting into solar power as well. We were contemplating getting solar panels, and Hank offered to put them in for me. I was his first solar customer. I am really happy with it.
I didn't have any problems with the roof or any of the solar work. I haven't had to call him back to do anything. He was an integral part of getting our house the way it is, and he had some of the more labor intensive jobs. There were a few little things he came back to do when we first moved back into the house, but that is normal. It has been good ever since.
I can't stress enough the honesty and integrity Hank has. Sometimes it is hard to find people that will do what they say. He does. Hank goes out of his way to make sure everything is right for his customers.
