I wanted to replace the carpet in my bedroom with wood flooring and match an existing wood floor in the connecting living room. Dan Dupuis was determined to find the right match. He ordered samples after samples and finally succeeded. The installation was done very professionally and outcome was beyond my expectations. more

They were friendly, did a fantastic job both with the installation, the taking apart of furniture and clean up. We would highly recommend Abbey Carpet to anyone and please feel free to use our comments in any advertising literature or on line. My experience with Abbey has always been wonderful because of their employees. Every employee is outstanding, especially Gene and Sara Lee. They would go out of their way to do anything to help a customer. If you have a problem you can call and they will take care of it instantly. I am an interior designer and go to them frequently for carpet, tile and wood floors. I recommend them to people all the time. more

When dealing with my job, I had all kinds of problems that were not Abbey Carpet & Floor Naples fault, but they came out of their way to help me with them. At one time I had 4 people here working on everything to help me. When I had them put the marble floor down that I wanted, it was so thick it was too high. They had trouble getting that to be adjusted. I also live in a condo, so there ended up needing to be special flooring under the marble, and they came back to do that for me. I still have some problems, and they are still working with me. They fixed the carpet in the den that we had to pull out. Also in the bathroom I wanted glass bricks with the tile, and the glass bricks make everything go 2 inches further out than the original. That will cause problems with the toilet and inspection, but they are going to move the toilet over to make sure everything will be okay. I am really pleased that they are going out of their way to help me. The lady I dealt with when I first walked in there was excellent, and they have been wonderful throughout the entire experience. more

Sara Lee was my lead salesperson, who I worked with directly out of the Naples Abbey Carpet & Floor store. She is unbelievable, very good, right on, and very accommodating. Everything I did with her worked out perfectly. She, and my direct contact with her, is the reason for my review. I met Sara Lee through walking in the store, and I got to know her and do a lot of work with her because we were doing a new house. She was very helpful and very accommodating with getting us both carpet and wood floors. She was just perfect. When she would come to my house, and even when she was back at the store, I could tell her what I liked and was looking for, and she knew right away how to accommodate my needs or pick out something. It was just a really good experience. more

Abbey Carpet & Floor of Naples installed all of the flooring in my Marsala at Tiburon residence. They put in ceramic tile in the leisure room, the entire hallway leading to the master bedroom, and in the master bath. They carpeted the bedrooms. They also did the hardwood flooring for the study and the kitchen. They carpeted my steps that lead to the storage room upstairs. Outside they laid down tile in the patio and outdoor kitchen. They've also done numerous small jobs for me like put in shelves in the bathrooms and showers. Dan was my sales representative and customer service guy. I have high praises for him because he made great recommendations when we were carpeting the steps. I was considering outdoor carpeting for the steps and he said that it would not be the best choice. He said he would be happy to get it for me but that I shouldn't use the outdoor carpet because it wouldn't last and he gave me his recommendations. This is the salesmanship I appreciate. They did come across a problem when they were doing the study room floors with the manufacturer holding the consistent color that we wanted and Dan stayed on top of it. He kept me posted on the status and insisted that the manufacturer get it right. Dan has been very reliable and very courteous. He's made great recommendations, which I appreciate because he has the expertise and I don't. He has worked well with the builder and with our interior designer. Overall, I'm very pleased with Abbey Carpet & Floor because they did everything just as they said they would, something that is rare nowadays. more
