Review content:
When dealing with my job, I had all kinds of problems that were not Abbey Carpet & Floor Naples fault, but they came out of their way to help me with them. At one time I had 4 people here working on everything to help me.
When I had them put the marble floor down that I wanted, it was so thick it was too high. They had trouble getting that to be adjusted. I also live in a condo, so there ended up needing to be special flooring under the marble, and they came back to do that for me.
I still have some problems, and they are still working with me. They fixed the carpet in the den that we had to pull out. Also in the bathroom I wanted glass bricks with the tile, and the glass bricks make everything go 2 inches further out than the original. That will cause problems with the toilet and inspection, but they are going to move the toilet over to make sure everything will be okay.
I am really pleased that they are going out of their way to help me. The lady I dealt with when I first walked in there was excellent, and they have been wonderful throughout the entire experience.
