Sara Lee was my lead salesperson, who I worked with directly out of the Naples Abbey Carpet & Floor store. She is unbelievable, very good, right on, and very accommodating. Everything I did with her worked out perfectly. She, and my direct contact with her, is the reason for my review.
I met Sara Lee through walking in the store, and I got to know her and do a lot of work with her because we were doing a new house. She was very helpful and very accommodating with getting us both carpet and wood floors.
She was just perfect. When she would come to my house, and even when she was back at the store, I could tell her what I liked and was looking for, and she knew right away how to accommodate my needs or pick out something. It was just a really good experience.
