Abbey Carpet & Floor of Naples installed all of the flooring in my Marsala at Tiburon residence. They put in ceramic tile in the leisure room, the entire hallway leading to the master bedroom, and in the master bath. They carpeted the bedrooms. They also did the hardwood flooring for the study and the kitchen. They carpeted my steps that lead to the storage room upstairs. Outside they laid down tile in the patio and outdoor kitchen. They've also done numerous small jobs for me like put in shelves in the bathrooms and showers.
Dan was my sales representative and customer service guy. I have high praises for him because he made great recommendations when we were carpeting the steps. I was considering outdoor carpeting for the steps and he said that it would not be the best choice. He said he would be happy to get it for me but that I shouldn't use the outdoor carpet because it wouldn't last and he gave me his recommendations. This is the salesmanship I appreciate.
They did come across a problem when they were doing the study room floors with the manufacturer holding the consistent color that we wanted and Dan stayed on top of it. He kept me posted on the status and insisted that the manufacturer get it right.
Dan has been very reliable and very courteous. He's made great recommendations, which I appreciate because he has the expertise and I don't. He has worked well with the builder and with our interior designer. Overall, I'm very pleased with Abbey Carpet & Floor because they did everything just as they said they would, something that is rare nowadays.
