Blossom Valley Interiors really came through in a pinch for me. I had just finished a remodel and order carpet from Home Depot. When it got here, it was not what I ordered and I had to wait five wees. Angie, from Blossom Valley, worked with me and we ordered the carpet really quickly and the installer was just amazing and methodical. I can't imagine a better installation. My only hesitation is that the quality of the carpet could have been a bit better but we were in a time crunch to do it quickly. Abbey Carpet was great! more

Abbey Carpet of San Jose carpeted two rooms and the salesman was really, really good. We had a problem with a seam and it took a while to get everything under control but I believe that was from the manufacturer's side--not blaming Abbey carpet. I liked their availability of someone to talk to. more

Abbey Carpet of San Jose was very good. They carpeted three bedrooms and an office. Their recommendations were great. We were very happy with the installation process and the finished product. The installers were quick and professional. It only took them a day to complete. They were a little more expensive than some other carpet companies we've worked with, but their installation was more professional and timely. We had no problems with them at all. Abbey Carpet of San Jose did carpeting for me last winter and used special carpet that was delivered right away. However, I couldn't install right away but when the installer did come, he did a great job. more

Abbey Carpet of San Jose put new carpeting in a whole house for us. They did very well. The laborers were very friendly and very cordial and they did an excellent job. When we went to purchase our carpet, the people in the store were very helpful and nice. It was very, very good customer service. We were very pleased. I think it's a very good company to work with. This is the first time I've ever worked with them. My son was a carpet layer and I used to have him do all of our carpeting, but he can't do it anymore. Our new carpeting looks very, very good. I'm even taking off my shoes to walk on it! more

Abbey Carpet replaced our carpets. We had old carpets in the house so they came in and took the old away and sent in new ones. Then when we came back and saw the work, we saw some spots we had some concerns about so they came in and fixed it to our satisfaction. They did a great job. more

I had a pretty stressful experience with Blossom Valley Interiors/Abbey Carpet of San Jose. I'm happy with what I got in the end, but I probably wouldn't recommend them. I went to them from the beginning because I had a time constraint. I had just purchased a property and had a move-in date in about three weeks. I needed to find someone who could get carpet to that property in the time frame. I heard some good reviews about them, so I called them up and told them about my situation. They said, "No problem". In the end, they did get it done. Even so, they got it done on the LAST possible day. It literally got done on Friday, and I moved in on Saturday. Up until a couple days before then, I didn't know if it was ever going to happen. It was stressful. As I was going through the process, it felt like the individual I was working with would tell me they'd get in touch with me, but then wouldn't ever contact me. When I would call them, they seemed kind of irritated about it. I went with this company instead of something more basic like Home Depot because I was hoping to have an experience worth the extra money. I probably could have gotten the same carpet for less somewhere. At least I'm happy with the product I finally got. more

Everything went smoothly. Blossom Valley Interiors came when they said they were going to come. The installer called to tell me he was going to be a little late, but he was there by the time he gave me on the phone. It went very well. They put in carpeting. It was just one guy who did the installation and he was very neat and cleaned up afterwards. I asked for the scraps and he gave them to me, so that was nice. I would recommend them. The carpeting looks very nice. more

I had Blossom Valley Interiors do carpets at a new place in San Jose. Everything was flawless until we got to the bill. We had discussed in great detail the requirements for the carpet padding that has a plastic liner on it. We have an elderly cat, so protection from liquids was very important. We talked about the pad as part of the installation. The correct pad and carpet were installed fine, but we were unfortunately not quoted for that pad. So there was a discrepancy between the original quote and the actual price. They left one voicemail and sent one piece of snail-mail. Both of those things were just lost because we were busy moving. After a week, we received a new bill in which they had made the additional charge against my credit card which neither my wife nor I had authorized. I called up Karen, the saleswoman, and told her we had been charged for the pad. I said it wasn't cool because they didn't have authorization for the charge. She asked what we wanted to do, and we agreed to split the difference of the initial quote and the actual bill. So, they sent me a credit. After that, I was a happy customer again. It all came out well, and I was pretty happy with the agreement we had come to. I went ahead and hired them again for another job in Santa Clara, which also came out flawlessly. I would definitely still recommend Blossom Valley Interiors to anyone who needs carpeting. more

Things turned out great. I love the carpet I got at Abbey Carpet of San Jose. It didn't take as long as I thought it would, which was good. I met Greg at the showroom in the San Jose office. He was great and that was why I decided to go for Abbey carpeting. The guys who came to install the carpet were really cool too. I feel like Abbey is one of the more professional companies. Definitely go into the showroom to check out the wide range of carpets and make sure you get the one you want. more

The floor isn't completed yet, but so far it's been going well. I'm having Abbey Carpet of San Jose put my kitchen floor in. They're installing a Karndean product that looks like tile, but it's some kind of linoleum or something. It's looking beautiful. The installation has been fine. I know they had to level the floor out. That's dried and they are halfway done all-in-all. They still have the rest of the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room to do. I worked with them years before when Marty was working there. I had them install my kitchen and family room floor. They had the product that I wanted at a price that nobody else could match. The product they had also matched with what I had chosen for the rest of the kitchen--cabinets, back splash, etc. I went to four or five different places that had flooring. I didn't choose Abbey Carpet right away; I did a lot of comparison and nobody came close to them. I also found that Greg, although I don't know him all that well, made me feel like I've known him for years. He's a very pleasant young man to work with. That says a lot about the business and how it's run. I've really liked the whole experience. more
