Review content:
The floor isn't completed yet, but so far it's been going well. I'm having Abbey Carpet of San Jose put my kitchen floor in. They're installing a Karndean product that looks like tile, but it's some kind of linoleum or something. It's looking beautiful.
The installation has been fine. I know they had to level the floor out. That's dried and they are halfway done all-in-all. They still have the rest of the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room to do. I worked with them years before when Marty was working there. I had them install my kitchen and family room floor.
They had the product that I wanted at a price that nobody else could match. The product they had also matched with what I had chosen for the rest of the kitchen--cabinets, back splash, etc. I went to four or five different places that had flooring. I didn't choose Abbey Carpet right away; I did a lot of comparison and nobody came close to them.
I also found that Greg, although I don't know him all that well, made me feel like I've known him for years. He's a very pleasant young man to work with. That says a lot about the business and how it's run. I've really liked the whole experience.
