Businiess name:  Abbey Carpet By Blossom Valley

Review content:
I had a pretty stressful experience with Blossom Valley Interiors/Abbey Carpet of San Jose. I'm happy with what I got in the end, but I probably wouldn't recommend them. I went to them from the beginning because I had a time constraint. I had just purchased a property and had a move-in date in about three weeks. I needed to find someone who could get carpet to that property in the time frame. I heard some good reviews about them, so I called them up and told them about my situation. They said, "No problem". In the end, they did get it done. Even so, they got it done on the LAST possible day. It literally got done on Friday, and I moved in on Saturday. Up until a couple days before then, I didn't know if it was ever going to happen. It was stressful. As I was going through the process, it felt like the individual I was working with would tell me they'd get in touch with me, but then wouldn't ever contact me. When I would call them, they seemed kind of irritated about it. I went with this company instead of something more basic like Home Depot because I was hoping to have an experience worth the extra money. I probably could have gotten the same carpet for less somewhere. At least I'm happy with the product I finally got.
