I took in consideration of the good online ratings I saw regarding Abacus Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Electrical - which persuaded me to try them out instead of their competition...

I thought the service was timely and professional 2/16/2015

Abacus sent qualified professional plumbers to my home to install a tankless water heater. They stayed to monitor it and apprise me of it's operation. It is living up to my performance expectations. I appreciate all their help. I would recommend Abacus to anyone. more

Nicer Employees 2/16/2015

I always used Abacus for all my plumbing needs, I even had them put all new plumbing in my house. The last time I used them I had a person complain to me that I hadn't cleaned my water heater closet, I told them that I have had 2 heart attacks and I can't clean like I use to. I was so embarrassed. I don't know if I will use them again and I hate that. more

Your tech needs further experience in the field or more accurate diagnostic equipment 2/12/2015

I became suspicious when tech stated line from at about fifty feet from the house was seven feet below the surface. The quote of $12000, I thought, was astronomical. I called a friend who builds subdivisions and put me in touch with another plumbing company that did a survey and informed me the line was 2.5 ' 50' from the house and quoted me a total price of $6420. The final bill was $5780. You can appreciate why I will NEVER recommend your company again. more

Problem with bathroom faucet 2/12/2015

2-4-15 Mason Muegge repaired the hotwater handle on the faucet that was hard to turn. The handle was fine, but the faucet begin to have a slow drip. Kenny Beard came on 2-6-15 to check drip. It was OK for a while, but continued to drip. Manny Prado put new faucet in on 2-9-15. Well, it still drips, about once every 5 minutes, Needless to say I am not very happy ! more

best plumber in town 2/12/2015

Abacus is by far the best plumber in town. They are expensive but worth every penny in most cases. Most recent visit was to replace controller on 4 yr old hot water heater that Abacus had installed. Jason at Abacus was in and out in 45 minutes. He replaced the controller at no charge. more

My DIY project of changing the wax seal went from bad to worse. When the Drain PVC broke I knew I was over my head, Contacted Abacus and they sent a technician within an hour, when he arrived he was able to survey the damage and knocked the job out quickly, he took the time to show what he had to do and what his plan of repairs was going to be. He was very courteous and confident in his job. Excellent job done in a timely manner. more

I've been using Abacus Plumbing and Air Conditioning for about a year now and they're always friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. They show up when they say they will and make sure to put booties on before entering my home. They're courteous and do a good job explaining exactly what they're doing. The last time that they were here, they fixed my heating system and did a great job. I would recommend them highly. more

Abacus Plumbing and Air Conditioning did some plumbing work on my hot water heater and did a fine job. This was my first time using them and they were prompt, professional, and got the job done well. They were a little expensive for my liking but did good work. more
