Ed is very professional and knows his job and the equipment that he works on very well. He is committed to finding the problem and solving it.  We have had a loud humming sound that no one else has ever been able to resolve (since 2009) and he has worked tirelessly to try to figure it out and fix it.  He has been out twice and has been doing a great job taking things step by step to eliminate all possibilities and the heater is working quietly so far! more

Unable to work from home due to an outage. We checked the breaker and it didn't help either. We phoned and got same-day service; what a blessing. The tech/manager showed up and resolved our problem. I felt like he did not try to push any unnecessary services and offered suggestions as to how to improve performance. Our technician was a pleasure to work with and demonstrated not only a level of competence but also a high level of conscientiousness that ensures Abacus will be the first place I call or use (even if not the cheapest) because I would trust that my problem will be solved and it will be solved fairly under the correct ""lens"" of HVAC knowledge as opposed to ""sales"". A/C Check-up 4/2/2015

Service Tech arrived when scheduled. Did a thorough check on both units. Identified a solution to a problem i was having with one of the units and got the repairs done before the heat set in. The repairs were covered under warranty, which was a nice outcome. The BAM program is a very good deal. In my experience (4 years now) they do the HVAC check and don;t try and sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need or want. more

Outstanding customer service 3/31/2015

Called ABACUS to see if they Can come to fix my A/C and they got me an appointment the same day. An hour later, David Nieves came knocking on my front door. David was very polite and courteous, he diagnose the a/c unit right away and told what was wrong with it and took care of it right away. Outstanding customer service and I will definitely use them again and very highly recommended. Thank you again ABACUS and David Nieves for great service. more

Knowledgable and experienced 3/21/2015

I called them due to clogged drain in my master bath. They gave a quote for their work, after approval of the quote they went to work and fixed the problem and then cleaned up after themselves. They were efficient and kept everything clean. Very pleased. more

I have relied on Abacus Plumbing many times over the last few years. The plumbers are always professional in appearance, the work is well done with no need to return fix something or finish the job and they are always friendly and personable. I will continue to recommend Abacus to anyone needing plumbing work done. more
