Extremely satisfied 3/21/2015

My request for service was promptly scheduled, Antoine appeared at the appointed time and checked my three AC units--although I wasn't pleased with is finding (no fault of his of course) I was pleased with his recommendations for how to fix the problem so that it would not be a problem again. I am extremely pleased with Abacus and will continue to use them and to highly recommend them. more

Beginning to question the value for the money spent 3/20/2015

I have spent thousands with Abacus Air Conditioning over the last seven years, but at each semi-annual inspection, the technician uncovers additional work that needs to be done. The Spring inspection took 20 minutes and I didn't even hear the tech turn on the a/c or furnace to test, so i am concerned about the thoroughness of the inspectoon. He did point out that I needed a surge suppressor on the condenser. Apparently when Abacus sold me an entirely new unit two years ago, they removed the old surge protector and didn't put un a new one. more

They are always courteous, neat, and take care of the problem. 3/18/2015

They do a very through job and offer suggestions if something is needed that they were not called out for. I hope and pray that they do not get in the mode of saying I need repairs just to be a goal or to help them in working on commission. Some people says they are too expensive. I am a widow on a very fixed income and I hope they continue to be fair to me. more

We have used Abacus a few times. They always respond in a timely manner. We have found their prices to be higher than other competitors. Their technicians have been able to fix the problems we were having. more

All was great except the commode they promised me. I am unhappy with it. 3/17/2015

People are nice and very pleasant. The final plumbing seems to be excellent. Plants along the plumbing line were misplaced, the grass had to be replanted where the dirt lay for 10 days, and the commode they put in was not the "top of the line" that I was promised. Also, they were supposed to drain the water heater as I became a "member" but this hasn't happened. But I will use them again. They do good work, basically. more

Prices are a little high. It is hard to do repairs more frequently with cost of parts is so high. If there was anyway to reduce plumbing cost I would do more instead of waiting until it can't wait any longer! Your plumber had an excellent personality and very knowledgeable on how to help me get everything done. more
