I could tell he was committed to providing me quality information and work to earn my trust. He was very polite and respectful in his communication and demeanor. I will definitely refer Pete to my friends/family as he is someone that genuinely cares about the quality of his work and his customer's satisfaction. You are fortunate to have someone like him representing your organization.
