I have spent thousands with Abacus Air Conditioning over the last seven years, but at each semi-annual inspection, the technician uncovers additional work that needs to be done. The Spring inspection took 20 minutes and I didn't even hear the tech turn on the a/c or furnace to test, so i am concerned about the thoroughness of the inspectoon. He did point out that I needed a surge suppressor on the condenser. Apparently when Abacus sold me an entirely new unit two years ago, they removed the old surge protector and didn't put un a new one.
