Perfect and fair every time 1/28/2014

Being a parent of a new teen driver is scary enough, but since these guys have always taken such good care of my personal cars for years it was only natural that when my teen son had his first accident I called A-Z first to get it fixed. Jeff went over and above what needed to be done and did it on time. Now that my daughter is a new driver I trusted them on inspection prior to purchase and have made the few minor repairs they suggested to make it a safe first car for her. It makes life less stressful knowing these guys are on the job, doing what they do best....taking care of my families cars. more

Great Guys but dropped the ball on this one. 11/19/2013

I took my car in for some work and upon return the paint match was excellent, the fender looked good and blended well. However, noted a small run in the clear coat on the hood when I got the car home. Some missing clips for things they may have taken off. One may have been missing when it went in but there were at least a total of 3 to 4 missing on the one trip down there. I went back one time (Far Drive) they replaced the clips but then I found more under the hood missing when I changed the oil. I've owned this car since new and it's been well maintained. They cleaned up the run in the clear coat on the hood but it's still just barely visible. I didn't have the time to wait for them to respray it. It would have been nice if they asked to clean up the entire front air dam while fixing the damage from the auto-accident and I would have paid extra but they just cleaned up the portion damaged in the accident part. So air dam has rock chips on one side and looks really smooth and clean on the other side. I'm certain they would have fixed whatever I requested to please me with their work. I chose them after reading reviews on their work. I will give them the benefit of the doubt that this doesn't happen all the time and that they would have stood behind their work. However, my time is limited with a toddler around and I just don't have time to wait for it to get done right when it should have been done right the first time. I would like to state they were very professional and appear to really want to please. more

The entire staff at A-Z Tech Auto is wonderful. They completed the service of my vehicle in a timely manner. Great warranty on tires purchased through them. Free rotations for the life of the tire. Excellent service! Honest and fair prices on service. more

solid business 8/27/2013

I crashed my Toyota Tacoma and had to go through the whole claims process. A-Z was very fast in their response time. as a business owner i don't have a lot of extra time (just like most people in orange county) so getting things done quick is a must. A-Z provided the service i needed to keep things moving on my end. it took 1 week for me to get my total loss settlement and i owe that to A-Z. after the settlement was resolved I ended up buy a used truck and used A-Z for the inspection report. They were detailed and courteous. they gave me options and recommendations. after all was said and done i had some minor repairs completed and my new truck runs great. I've been looking for a good mechanic that i can trust and rely on. I have found that and more with A-Z. more
