I took my car in for some work and upon return the paint match was excellent, the fender looked good and blended well. However, noted a small run in the clear coat on the hood when I got the car home. Some missing clips for things they may have taken off. One may have been missing when it went in but there were at least a total of 3 to 4 missing on the one trip down there. I went back one time (Far Drive) they replaced the clips but then I found more under the hood missing when I changed the oil.
I've owned this car since new and it's been well maintained.
They cleaned up the run in the clear coat on the hood but it's still just barely visible. I didn't have the time to wait for them to respray it. It would have been nice if they asked to clean up the entire front air dam while fixing the damage from the auto-accident and I would have paid extra but they just cleaned up the portion damaged in the accident part. So air dam has rock chips on one side and looks really smooth and clean on the other side.
I'm certain they would have fixed whatever I requested to please me with their work. I chose them after reading reviews on their work. I will give them the benefit of the doubt that this doesn't happen all the time and that they would have stood behind their work. However, my time is limited with a toddler around and I just don't have time to wait for it to get done right when it should have been done right the first time.
I would like to state they were very professional and appear to really want to please.
