They are very nice and helpful and get the job done. Do recommend.

Worst

Did some work which was ok, but also did headlight restore and left 2 buff marks on the cars paint that cannot be fixed AND did not tell us. Also inserted 2new headlights bulbs bu...

Overall, I would fully recommend. 4/3/2012

These guys were great. I asked them to give the car a general time up and they did a great job. Even went ahead and buffed the oxidation off my headlights at no extra charge! The only thing they missed was my alignment. My right front tire is scalloped and it pulls to the left a bit. I wish they fixed it to save me a trip but nonetheless I'm looking forward to my next visit! Thanks Brian. more

Truck check 4/3/2012

Brought my Dodge truck into A to Z for a transmission tune up and overall checkup. Brian my contact was great, kept me in the loop. Everything was done great. Truck runs great and the club membership really paid off. Extremely happy with A to Z! more

Fast and Courteous 3/13/2012

I first spoke with Brian. Brian was very helpful and took the time to explain the process to repair my wife's car. He gave me an estimate that I was comfortable with. He gave me a time the car would be done and when that time rolled around, the car was done. I also required a ride to and from work while my car was being worked on. Both drivers were talkative and courteous. I would recommend A-Z to my family and friends. Thanks for the great service! more

Superb 10/24/2011

I had some work done a year and a half ago at Clark's around the corner...so bad! I wish I had known about you then!! Jeff was great, service,everything great. How can I NOT love getting my car back all detailed with armour-alled tires with a little "thank you" pumpkin by my gear shift knob???? I went out of my way today to make them all fresh banana muffins-took them over warm with a thank you note. My philosophy: when it's good, REWARD! I also called my State Farm agent and told her to recommend them even if her clients had to drive a ways...totally worth it. more

Great service from an honest shop 6/20/2011

I'll be the first to admit that I don't know much about cars, so I often worry about being taken advantage of by car service shops. Bryan at A-Z Tech strikes me as a man of such integrity that I feel complete confidence in any advice he gives. On this visit I got 2 new tires and an oil change -- and they even washed it for me, too. And I love the "chauffeur" service both to AND from my home. Two thumbs up. more

Not a happy camper 5/18/2011

I purchased a promotional voucher that's good for 10 oil changes, tire rotations, car wash, etc back in 10/2010. The direction requires the customer to exchange the voucher for coupons for later uses with no expiration dates. When I get to the place, there is MINIMAL parking spaces. No more than 4 spaces, including 1 handicap parking. I had to park on the street across from the shop. After going in, the service manager Jeremy Moss told me they ran out of the coupon books and will call me when they get it and offer me a deal for oil change only for $29.99. I left and went back two more times to get the coupons since I never got a call. On the last visit I was told that coupons will be mailed to me and just ignore the expiration date on the voucher. Again, I went back a few weeks later and was then told that Jeremy no longer works for them and the whole deal is off. Then they offer me a deal for $89 for few oil changes. All these times, there was no friendly smile. No greeting. ""Give me your key"" was the only words. I WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone. Seems like they just lure you in with good deal and do a bait and switch deal. more

My car has never run better after receiving a tune-up at A-Z Tech. I loved the service and follow up call to make sure everything was okay. I also appreciated having the car returned to me super clean. It felt as though my car was new again! more

Quality, honest service from friendly people! 1/6/2011

We've been going to A-Z Tech for many years. They're honest people (hard to find), and they do excellent work without pressuring you to do things that don't need to be done. They do just about everything - a full service automotive center, including body and paint work. The people are great, always smiling, helpful, and they explain everything clearly. With respect to our vehicles, they've taken care of engine maintenance, oil pressure switch replacement, timing belt, broken power window motor, and several other things. Each time they took care of everything, even when the parts provided by the local dealer were defective (they didn't charge us extra labor, since it wasn't our fault). They're great! more

What an efficient and honest place!!!! 12/28/2010

I have been skeptical of auto shops since one of my favorite places closed 5 years ago and have had trouble finding an honest place. I was refered to A-Z by a friend and of course was still hesitant. Jeremy, the service manager assured me he would look at everything and tell me what I needed done. I was expecting a call telling me that I would have to spend a whole lot of money, instead I recieved a call with an honest estimate of what really needed to be done. Not everything the other place was telling me I needed to fix!!! I have been back twice and have had an excellent experience everytime. This is a great place and I will not only go to A-Z for my regularly scheduled oil changes, but any repair I will need in the future!\r Thanks A-Z tech for making me believe there are honest places one again!!!\r more
