ASAP Heating and Cooling

I have a maintenance contract with them. Every time they come out, I am told I have major problems from mold in the attic unit (bought a blue light to dry up moisture) to duct work needing to be sealed (cost over $1500 after an hour of work). Yesterday, during a scheduled maintenance visit, I was informed I needed a new coil in the attic, the moisture (which the light was suppose to prevent) had rusted the existing one to the point of causing a leak. The salesman said I actually needed an entirely new system, but we could do a repair for $1770. This was suppose to be done this afternoon, I called this morning and told them, I decided not to do it right now. It had been working fine up until yesterday. They became very threatening, telling me my free visit would be billed for over $500. I am a female senior citizen living alone. I told them what I thought and hung up. My unit is 7 years old. more

BEWARE !! Take a look at there good reveiws, all within a couple days. I beleave they might be fake. Look up direct Heating and cooling FL Complaints and there BBB complaints. Ask Yourself ??? Did 3 real customes really decide to leave good reviews, all in a matter of days following April Fools day ??? more

BEWARE !! Direct Heating and Cooling ripped us off $6000, They not only put in the wrong A/C Unit but didn't install it Properly. We had to call another Company & install a new one, $2500 less and it was the right A/C Unit. . Look them up with the BBB & Search for there Complaints. all bad reviews... take a look at there FAKE good reviews most do not even live in the United States ... they are nothing but SCAMMERS feel free to contact me if you are interested in joining our Law suits in the works. They seem to take advantage of older folks, use several differant phone numbers and addresses . \r more

BEWARE !! They not only installed the wrong A/C unit, they didnt do it right. we are out $6000 They are rude on the phone & have no concept of customer service..Look at there BBB report Feel free to contact me We Do Not intend on letting them get away with it !! more

I was remodeling a large home into a bed & breakfast and wanted zonal controls for the heating and cooling in the bedrooms and office. In addition we needed to replace the monster oil furnace in the basement with a new gas one for the common rooms. I just contact them and they did a great job and finish all the work very quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use them again in the future. more

I am a big fan of Direct Heating & Cooling. They did a great job and provide me with a best service. I had a new furnace & AC installed. They are very professional and finish the work on time and the price are excellent. I highly recommend them to my friends and relatives. more

Direct Heating & Cooling Rocks. I am very impressed by their heating and cooling service and the staff is very friendly and highly qualified and provide their clients with a best service. These guys are good. I had my whole heating and cooling replaced by these guys. They deserve FIVE star ratings and I will definitely use them again in the future. more

This company is using multiple names and several different addresses. This is the address on their contracts. However they use multiple so that they can delete comments posted. Our experience with them has ended up in court. They claim lightning strike, but cannot prove it and then send in false documents to insurance company.......NOT RECOMMENDED more

Emergency service call produced unethical behavior. Our brand new York 16 SEER air conditioner was deemed irreparable by this company claiming lighting strike. What they didn't know was there was not lightning in the area on that weekend and our breaker was turned off at the box. Our unit was covered under our homeowners insurance and their document were invalid and illegal. They disposed of our unit before any insurance adjuster could possibly get to it (less than 24 hours). Principal, Adrian C. Costa was abusive at best. We are now in court. HEED THIS WARNING......DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.....This story could go on forever. more

Our home needed a new air conditioning and heating system, so we called Direct Heating & Cooling in Cape Coral. We live in SE Cape Coral, and we always like to support local business. Yeah, Keep it in the Cape! Diect Heating & Cooling was really nice when they came out. They recommended only what we really needed. Our duct work needed to be redone, replacing soft air ducts for harder duct work. Direct Heating & Cooling quoted a price we had no trouble agreeing, and their work was efficient. Without any doubt, they did a great job. As you know, no air conditioning unit is cheap. We got what we paid for, and are pleased with the work Direct Heating & Cooling has done. My husband goes into the attic often to work. He is an engineer and has very high standards, and so far he has no complaints about the duct work Direct Heating & Cooling did. Review summary: We were very pleased with Direct Heating & Cooling in Cape Coral. There have been no problems with the new system so far. It is efficient and runs well, and I have no complaints. I definitely recommend to call Direct Heating & Cooling. more
