Review content:
Emergency service call produced unethical behavior. Our brand new York 16 SEER air conditioner was deemed irreparable by this company claiming lighting strike. What they didn't know was there was not lightning in the area on that weekend and our breaker was turned off at the box. Our unit was covered under our homeowners insurance and their document were invalid and illegal. They disposed of our unit before any insurance adjuster could possibly get to it (less than 24 hours). Principal, Adrian C. Costa was abusive at best. We are now in court. HEED THIS WARNING......DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.....This story could go on forever.
