We had a cooling problem where the A/C was not cooling the house. Oliver from ARS came out and troubleshot the system found and fixed the problem. He was very knowledgable and professional. I will recommend him to family and friends. more

From the initial consultation to the installation, Jay was extremely professional in all aspects. He was very knowledgeable of the product we were interested in purchasing and thoroughly explained how it would benefit our family. As a result of the consultation with Jay, we were immediately sold on buying the product (REME X2). Mohammed went out of his way and performed better than expectations. He helped us by offering us options when our equipment was in such bad shape. It's been 24 hours and the air quality has vastly improved. We notice this because we have stopped coughing and our eyes are not tearing up. We are doing a lot of reconstruction and it is a good feeling to know the air quality is not compromised. more

I called ARS on a Friday afternoon and they were at my house within a couple hours. Stephen C. was a hug help and got my AC up n running again in no time. more

Stephan C came out to do a maintenance check on my central air unit. Honest tech. Did not try and talk me into needless repairs, but did suggest some in the future. I will certainly use Stephan again when I decide to do the future repairs. ARS is a good company, and their techs seem to be very good at what they do. more

Appearance: very clean and neat, well groomed Manners: spoke english, very courteous and respectful of our age, (we are retired.) He started out speaking very fast. We asked him to STOP and Speak slower and a little louder. He was extremely respectful of our request. He answered very question that we asked of him, We learned more about our new A/C Unit from him than from the salesman who sold us the unit.Thank you for sending us a good, caring, english speaking, very well trained tech to our home. We certainly will let our friends and family know how well we were taken care of by ARS/Rescue Rooter Orlando. We would also tell them to ask for Mohamed.Sorry to the rest of the techs you have but we only know Mohamed. I can only hope that your other techs are as well trained or at least as respectful of the elderly as Mohamed. more

ARS's Sean came out to my home and assisted with a broken exterior faucet. Due to the broken pipe, we had to turn off the water to our house. I made an appointment late Friday night, and Saturday early afternoon, they made it to my house. He was able to identify the problem, fix it, and got the water running again. While waiting for the glue to dry, he also came inside and checked on my other pipes. Very helpful! more
