Jay was refreshingly honest; told us where there were problems and what was okay. Explained how the system works so that we could understand it as well as the solutions he was offering. You feel like you are getting a fair deal with Jay. That's very refreshing! more

James T came and helped me with a problem concerning the removal of the filter in my A/C unit. He conducted himself in a professionsl and helpful manner. He made an extension post to fit the locking device on the front of the filter door. Without his help I was unable to operate the filter. Thank You James! more

faucet repair 5/11/2015

I've used ARS in the past for their quality and flexible hours.(no extra for after hours).turns out Sean was my plumber last time. Once again he fixed my outdoor faucet without burning down the house ... :) 26 year old was a little stubborn. i would use ARS again should the need arise and if you have plumbing issue ask for Sean. more

Professionalism 4/20/2015

My service tech was very professional, and very helpful. He taught me things that I did not know about my ac unit. He was helpful with the different options I had in buying a new ac unit. Such as size of unit, cost, life span of ac units. more

This guy is a con artist. He came to my home with aggressive sales tactics and tryed to con my grandma into buying a bunch of crap for the air conditioner. Ultraviolet lights and pricey air filter. more

This guy doesn't seem to know what he's doing. Worked on extended warranty and told me he doesn't want to call warranty cause call takes too long and he's not getting paid directly from me (under warranty) so didn't seem to want to work or know what he's doing. Needs to find a different line of work more

Very professional. Was able to determine issues quickly and gave us different options. Rather than spend over $3,000.00 or more, for repairs, we chose to purchase a new unit through Home Depot with the help of Stephen.
