Appearance: very clean and neat, well groomed
Manners: spoke english, very courteous and respectful of our age, (we are retired.) He started out speaking very fast. We asked him to STOP and Speak slower and a little louder. He was extremely respectful of our request. He answered very question that we asked of him, We learned more about our new A/C Unit from him than from the salesman who sold us the unit.Thank you for sending us a good, caring, english speaking, very well trained tech to our home. We certainly will let our friends and family know how well we were taken care of by ARS/Rescue Rooter Orlando. We would also tell them to ask for Mohamed.Sorry to the rest of the techs you have but we only know Mohamed. I can only hope that your other techs are as well trained or at least as respectful of the elderly as Mohamed.
