Very professional. Was able to determine issues quickly and gave us different options.
Rather than spend over $3,000.00 or more, for repairs, we chose to purchase a new unit through Home Depot with the help of Stephen. We have been using ARS for the past several years and Stephen C. is by far the best Services Specialist we have dealt with.
