Don't have a clue. Didn't meet for secluded appointment got a call next day trying to send a tech a day late The tech did come out but I already had another company on the way. ...

Great Service! 8/22/2015

We have had some issues with our Air Conditioner and didn't know why our AC unit kept shutting off. We called ARS/Rescue Rooter Durham and Josh B. came out to the house. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and just overall fantastic. He let me know what was causing the issue in language I could understand. He really took the time to do thorough maintenance and we have noticed the positive results almost immediately! He gave us some great feedback and maintenance ideas to better the air flow, keep a more consistent temp throughout the whole house, and we set an appt to meet with one of their home efficiency experts! We are really impressed at the professional service that Josh B. provides and he is now our go to guy! We highly recommend ARS/Rescue Rooter Durham and Josh B.! Thank you, Josh! more

Ridge was very professional and diagnosed my problem within a few minutes of arriving to my house. He explained my issue in a way that I quickly understood the problem and possible solutions. He called one of his counterparts to make sure he gave me the best option for fixing my problem - new grills. more

On May 11 my outside AC compressor fan for the upstairs would not turn on. Josh made it to our place quickly, looked for the cause, replaced a large capacitor that had breached, and the unit started right up. He identified this capacitor leakage in April during an AC checkup. I opted not to fix. My bad. Oh well. Thanks Josh, you did a great job. more

Review of ARS/Rescue Rooter DURHAM Service Call 2015 03 04 3/4/2015

A semi-annual maintenance check of my HVAC unit was done today by Josh Baker, of ARS/Rescue Rooter -- Durham. He was professional, technical compentent, and very personable. He spent time explaining the particulars on the age/specs of my HVAC unit and the means by which I could have it assessed for replacement by one of his colleagues. As he had come on an earlier service call last year, I was pleased to see him return. more

Great service today by Josh Baker with ARS/ Rescue Rooter Durham 3/2/2015

ARS called ahead to advise of the ETA. Josh arrived on time and was pleasant and courteous throughout visit. He donned booties to protect our floors and quickly assesed the issue with our furnace. (No high pressure sales tactics with Josh) He provided information in a way that was understandable, answered questions, waited for me to contact my spouse, and had in his truck the parts necessary to fix the problem. Josh went one step further calling the office to advocate a discount based on a previously purchased maintenance contract. House was already noticeably warmer by the time paperwork completed. Alfredo was professional and quick. He came, evaluated the problem, and made the repair. Only thing I didn't like was the pressure to consider a new system, which I suspect was part of the job for him. more
