We called ARS when our AC died. The technician told us we needed a new unit, on a house that wasn't more than 6 years old. They also quoted us a price that turned out to be double what any other company quoted us. It turned out, when we went with a different company, that there was absolutely nothing wrong with our system, it just needed more freon. We were very grateful to have asked for a second opinion.
