Don't have a clue. Didn't meet for secluded appointment got a call next day trying to send a tech a day late The tech did come out but I already had another company on the way. ...

Xavier came to my home to replace a defective thermostat.I was very impressed with his respectful manners and how meticulous and detailed he was checking my system and explaining clearly everything I asked. He was very enthusiastic about his work and gave me a lot of important information about other products available to improve the quality of the indoor air in my home. This morning the outside temperature was in the 'teens, and our furnace was out! We called ARS/Rescue Rooter Durham, and they sent a technician the same afternoon. Alfredo knew exactly what needed to be done to get the furnace running again. He also installed a new thermostat, and even though I was not thinking clearly after shivering all day long, he helped me set up a Nest account to run our HVAC system. Thank you, Alfredo for being so capable when we needed you! more

Work done 11-28 & 29 11/30/2017

Before I retired, I had several men working under me. I am thankful they were all like the last of your men that did some work at my house this week. I always told my men if they did a good job, and if they did a poor job I also told them about that. I, as you,had a good group of men. HVAC Inspection 11/13/2017

Our furnace unexpectedly decided not to work on one of the colder nights in Durham NC. Josh was at our property within 30 minutes and was able to alleviate the problem. In addition, Josh gave us advice on the current state of our furnace and recommended we replace it. Josh was very professional and personable. more

ARS/Rescue Rooter Durham 10/30/2017

We have used ARS for 10 years of annual inspections and service, and have had excellent service over that period of time. The last time was 10/30/2017. In particular I would like to acknowledge Josh Baker as a very experienced technician that provides expert advice and service, and that clearly states what repairs you can safely delay, and what really needs to be done immediately. Usual Good Service 10/3/2017

Service technician was polite. However, I did not feel that the service check was as thorough as what I have received in the past. I also felt like his visit was aimed more at selling me peripheral accessories for my heating system than making sure that my system was in good shape for the winter. I am a long-time customer of ARS, but feel that their service has deteriorated in recent years. I am considering finding a new HVAC company. more
