Outstanding Job 2/15/2013

Justin arrived at our home last night around Feb 13, 2013 @ 7:30-8:00pm. Just wanted to let you know that he did an outstanding job. Very courteous and took the time to explain what was happening. He suggested we have our sewer drain scoped, thus possibly preventing a major expense if we were to replace said sewer line. We have scheduled this for Monday at 3:00 pm . I don't normally write accolades for services rendered, but in this case, Justin just an outstanding job and it was a pleasure to have him resolve our problem. I will recommend ARS to my friends. Actually, I met Justin when he was working at our friends home, just two homes up from us. Marion Vail. She too was very impressed with Justin's work. Not to mention that your prices are very fair for us retired types. more

Great service 2/9/2013

ARS performed a furnace repair over a year ago (good service then also) and I purchased a 1 year service agreement. Even though more than a year had passed they called to schedule a free inspection, which was performed by Keith P. He did a great job - showed me signs of wear (old furnace) but also what was fine. He also replaced the filter. Very informative and helpful. more

Oustanding service technician 1/22/2013

Keith was the best HVAC tech I've ever met. Knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, concerned. Every part of his evaluation of our heating system was a teaching moment for him. I now know how to perform routine cleaning maintenance and solve simple problems. And he did his job so well on a freezing Sunday afternoon! more

Furnace repair 1/5/2013

ARS responded quickly to my email request. The tech was on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had our furnace running within the time he set our expectations for. This was important because it was 4 degrees F outside and the house was getting cold! more

Furnance Repair 12/22/2012

In Nov. 2012 I had a service tech, Keith Pittman, from ARS/Rescue Rooters come to my house to clean my furnance. At the time of his visit, I also had some other issues with my furnance. He took the time to show me everything that he was doing and explain any concerns he had regarding the operation of my furnance. He didn't pressure me about any problems that he found. He educated me about the problem and allowed me to make my own choice as what I should do. It was very refreshing to have a service tech like this. It was a very satisfying and educational experience. All House calls should be like this. Thank You. more

Keith at ARS Denver 12/12/2012

Keith arrived at 10 pm to repair the furnace. He was very methodical in his approach to finding the problem, explained in detail what he was doing, and gave us some helpful tips on what we should be doing for routine maintenance. I will be requesting him to visit my previous home which is now a rental, and have him check out the furnace over there. He is certainly a valuable employee as well as an interesting person and we thank him for his service. more

Great Furnace service from ARS Colorado 10/25/2012

Scheduling an appointment was easy, at 7:55 AM. Mike C. arrived within the hour (from across town) and diagnosed the problem with just a couple discriptions of what I had done. He could have done it over the phone (which he has done before with other customers). The cost of the fix (replace an ignition blower motor) was within the range of what other companies charge (based on my need for various services over the years). Mike had to get the part from a warehouse (somewhere in Denver), but had the furnace up and running in about two hours from when I originally called to make an appointment. And the furnace worked first time he turned on the power again. Though my wallet is a little thinner, my house is warm: the snow is outside. In addition Mike was courteous, considerate of my house and he explained what the failure was and the fix without any pretention or pushing. Very good gob. more

Above and Beyond 10/3/2012

Michael H. from ARS went above and beyond to provide us with exceptional service. As he was leaving our home after a furnace inspection, he noticed the oil spots on our driveway. I explained to him that we were very upset about it and he told me that he had an idea of how to get the stains off. Low and behold, he was at our door today with a product he had purchased to remove oil spots from cement. After several applications, scrubbing it with a wire brush, then hosing it off, there is a big improvement. It is a joy to know that just as your card states, you really do provide exceptional service. I plan to spread the word. more

Great People 8/2/2012

I am writing this letter on behalf of Mike Maurer, Service Tech who came out to our home on 10/28/2011, to service our furnace. In his findings he discovered that our furnace had a cracked heat exchanger and had to Red Tag it due to Carbon Monoxide and water leakage. The furnace is located in the crawl space under the house and this was a good thing it was located there. Had it been inside the house we might not be alive to type this letter. My wife had been experiencing headaches and blurred vision for about 2 weeks and we couldn’t understand why. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mike Maurer for coming out and saving us. Also another thanks to Mitch and Brian who came out to install the furnace. It was done in a timely manner and both were very professional. Once again thank them for a job well done, and you should be so proud to have great people working for you. more

Very Happy! 7/18/2012

We had ARS Rescue Rooter service last week. I want you to know we were very happy with the service and the crew. Troy, Mike, Don and others, did a wonderful job and there were quite a few unseen challenges that they handled which made their day so much longer. They were patient with our questions, they communicated all they needed to do, what we needed to do and kept us informed of all aspects of the project.
